House holiday rentals in Grand Lake

We fell in love with Granby last year and knew we wanted a ski in/out house instead of a condo this year and this house was perfect! It was just a family of 4 so we didn’t utilize the down stairs but will consider here in the future with friends and their kiddos! Easy access to lift, then take home again down the mountain right back to the road! Super easy.

Great cozy stay. Good location and was even within walking distance to downtown area of Winter park. There is also a free bus that services winter park ski resort, downtown, and even other nearby towns. Bedrooms were spacious. The whole unit was very up-to-date. The kitchen had extra supplies like cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc. All that would have made it better would of been had they provided us with coffee. The furniture was comfortable and they even provided a couple games. Good stay, nice locations, fairly priced

Great hosts, very responsive. Previous guest had taken the keycard needed for the pool and clubhouse, but the host called the HOA immediately to make get a new one made for us and make sure we could still have access in the meantime. Once it was ready, the host hand delivered it to our front door and left it for us. They were proactive in checking in with us to make sure there was nothing else we needed and communicated well throughout our stay. Nice to have not only access to a washer dryer but also be supplied with laundry supplies in case we needed to do a load. Kitchen was complete with all we needed to cook. Clubhouse has all supplies needed to participate in any activities (ex: floaties and toys for the pool, racquets and balls for tennis/pickleball/racketball, basketballs, etc). Would recommend and stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was easy to find and had a modern design with great amenities, including a relaxing hot tub. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a great getaway. One thing to note—while the ski-in/ski-out access was convenient, there were quite a few stairs to navigate, which might be challenging for some guests. Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a well-appointed and comfortable retreat!

This was the perfect place for our winter ski trip! The house is perfectly situated right next to the kicking horse lift making it is easy to truly ski in and ski out. It is clear the hosts put a lot of work into making this house comfortable and well stocked. There were so many thoughtful details throughout the home- games for the kids, coffee pods ready to go, soap and shampoo/conditioner available in all the showers, etc. The home is cozy and comfortable and our family loved it!

The location was perfect for spending time skiing, tubing and snowmobiling. Beautiful home with everything you need provided. Definitely a great place to stay! Highly recommend

Reed was an outstanding host! The stay was absolutely perfect, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check in was seamless, the house was well stocked with everything we needed, location was great and Reed’s hospitality made the experience even better. Linda's place is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. You have everything you need there and more. It is very well stocked with attention to the little things that other places do not provide. Along with being very quick to communicate back with any questions you might have. We look forward to going back soon.

We had a terrific week at this incredible house! It is RIGHT next to the trails so we walked/skiied right out the door and didn't even need to use our cars all week. The house was incredibly clean, well stocked, and super- comfortable and cozy. The gas fireplace turned on with a wall switch! Cheryl asked us if we wanted a Christmas tree since we were there over Christmas day, so that was a delightful touch to arrive with one there. Thank you! The entire experience was even more that we could ask for. Oh- and the hot tub was terrific too!

Great cabin, and great location! The cabin itself was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. Great home base for accessing Grand Lake and the surrounding area. Only 5 minutes from downtown Grand Lake. Just as good was Pamela's hosting. She reached out to me a week ahead of time with clear instructions about how to get to the cabin, check in/check out procedures, etc. She responded immediately (more than once) with answers to my questions. Then, a couple days later, she reached out to me again to give me a heads up about fire bans and gave me a link to the Grand County site for more information. I was impressed and appreciative of her proactive, courteous messages. Great stay. Highly recommend!

Michael's home in Frazer was a perfect getaway for my extended family. The home was exactly as described on AIRBNB website. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of spices plus several brands of coffee. There were also some condiments in the refrigerator. Michael was a fantastic host! He always responded quickly to any of my comments and questions. I would most definitely stay in Michael's home again on future visits to Colorado.

Was the perfect place to stay for a week of skiing at winter park. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for the week! Would definitely come and stay here again!

Great stay.. beautiful views, lots of privacy, easy check in and out, friendly and responsive host. Plenty of space for our group of six adults, a teen and three kids. Kids loved the secret kids room. Hot tub got lots of use. Easy walk to the WP ski shuttle. Comfy beds & loved the heated floors. Pristine. Kitchen had everything we needed. We’d definitely choose this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Craig’s place. The views were incredible and there were so many extras in the house that we enjoyed, games, sledding, hot tub, and big screen TV. The kitchen was extremely well stocked.

Four families met together at this cabin for my birthday. It was the best birthday ever. The cabin was perfect for all of us, so spacious, well designed and private. Sleeping rooms were comfortable and with so many bathrooms we were served so well. Mel was responsive but we really did not need anything as it was all there for us. We enjoyed Winter Park including skiing, restaurants, playgrounds, sledding, bus route and the over all vibe. My favorite place was the hot tub so large, clean and well-maintained. We definitely enjoyed our long weekend and would visit this cabin again!

Had a great getaway weekend stay here, just two of us and our dog. Great 20min striking distance to Winter Park for powder ski days. Easy walking access to back side of Granby ranch trail system which was great for walking with the dog and getting some views. Hot tub and steam shower a huge plus after skiing. Elizabeth was very responsive, flexible re check out, and even helped us figure out shipping an item we left behind. Would gladly bring another couple along for a future stay!

We had a great stay with over a snowy winter weekend. The place was cozy and had everything we needed, hot tub was nice, we really appreciated that there were kids books and games in the house and that it was very toddler friendly! Great location for heading to Snow Mt Ranch for x-c skiing too.

This is a charming historic property full of interesting antiques and lots of character - just what we were looking for. The caretaker Bob called me the day before and gave me clear instructions on how to get there and where to park, and showed us around the house when we arrived. Slept great and we had so much to talk about with all the interesting furnishings. We had plenty of room to spread out and everyone had their own bathroom which was great. Loved the charm!

We had a lovely stay here! Perfect for a girl's weekend away. Restaurants and shops at Cooper Creek were a 5 minute (or less) walk, and hiking trails are within a 10 minute walk. Great hot tub and yard, plenty of beds, and kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again, thank you!

Wendy's home was the perfect place for our group. We had three families sharing the house, and we had plenty of space. Wendy was incredibly helpful and kind in her communication, and there are so many thoughtful amenities included in the stay that made traveling with kids a great experience. We would definitely come back!

The accommodations were exactly as described & pictured. Steve was easy to get a hold of as well as very friendly. We felt very at home. The yard & doggy door were great for our dog & the area was quiet & peaceful. We had 6 adults & came for a combined work/family trip. There was plenty of room to spread out & have alone time while also being together in the same space. The deck was amazing & relaxing to sit outside & enjoy the surroundings.
