Apartment holiday rentals in Grand Junction

The place was great! We had a party of 12 people and fit everyone comfortably, everything was clean and the space was larger than expected!

Good place to stay. Great value for the amenities. Would stay there again.

We loved it so much. It was beautiful, historic, convenient, homey and spacious. The whole family got together, but we all had our own spaces to retreat to. It was everything we needed.

This is my second stay and I love the house. The common area in the back is to die for with everything you need to grill, or chill by the fire

Loved Nicole’s place! This was our first time in Fruita and we absolutely loved it. The place was exactly what we needed for our weekend in town. Check in and out were a breeze and easy parking. It’s part of a multi unit building, but the unit itself feels super private. It was stocked with exactly what we needed and very clean. Loved the cute coffee mugs! Location can’t be beat- walkable to all the great restaurants/breweries on Mulberry & Aspen. Nicole was a fantastic host, super communicative with fast and proactive communication. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The unit was very clean! The bed was comfortable and the big shower was great. I would skip the coffee pot bc it made a big mess lol but that’s not a big deal. The area was very nice with cute little shops and a place with great food and coffee a short walk away. All in all this place is worth it.

Nicole was very accommodating. We came into town for a funeral and she let us check in early to get ready for the funeral and spend some time with the family. Nicole was an incredible host!

Super cute apartments to stay in. Wish we would have been able to stay longer! Great kitchen and a cute neighborhood. Very quick to respond and helpful. My daughter accidentally left her baby doll behind and Sabrina quickly tracked down the doll and shipped it to us immediately. Saved the day!!

This was a great spot to stay near downtown Grand Junction. Could walk into town at anytime, or could choose to stay “home” and relax on the patio. The space is comfortable and welcoming. And, the kitchen allowed for in home eating/cooking as needed or wanted :) Thanks for offering this space. I’ll be back, 100%

Tiny but had everything we needed. Grateful for the electric kettle for hot water. Great views and loved walking from our spot to the Liberty Cap loop hike. Pillows were not great (lumpy and hard) and the heaters are loud (wore ear plugs) but definitely worked well. Hot shower water was excellent too.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. House was very clean and inviting. Hot tub felt amazing and was a nice way to spend the evenings. Absolutely loved the kitchen!
