Cozy place to stay while in Granby!

We enjoyed our stay at the "Blue Bear". The condo was warm and clean, the kitchen well stocked and the beds comfortable. The views as we traveled up the 20 minute mountain road to the condo were beautiful. We enjoyed exploring Idaho Springs, touring the Argo Gold Mine, visiting the cute shops, and eating at Beau Jo's, Clear Creek Cidery, and the Banana Leaf (so delicious). Of course, the biggest highlight was skiing at Loveland (and also Granby Ranch)!

We had an amazing stay at the condo in Winter Park. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, the grocery store, and an easy walk to the shuttle stop. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners. Our oldest stayed on the pull-out couch and it was surprisingly comfortable. My family and I loved our stay in Winter Park! Cozy condo. Katy had thought of so many little things, that made things very easy. My kids LOVED the river and pool.

Comfortable, well equipped, the ski bus stop is steps away. Would stay again. Exactly as described.

We were very happy to visit such a wonderful place!!! The view is simply stunning, you don't have to go anywhere to enjoy the beauty of nature! My husband and I were absolutely delighted and will recommend this place to our friends and will be happy to come to you again!!!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Georgetown and the surrounding area! It was so nice to start every day with coffee from the Keurig! The walk to and around Georgetown Lake was beautiful and safe. Richard is an excellent host and went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed for a comfortable stay!

It was a great place to stay. Be aware that this cabin is above 9,000ft and can contribute to elevation sickness. Beyond that it was amazing to hear the water in the stream while we were outside playing. Very quiet and not very busy road. The water pressure could have been better, but got the job done. It’s hard to fault pressure when the place is on top of a mountain:).

My family of 4 spent spring break from Texas here & what a beautiful experience! It snowed a lot during our stay, so the views were breathtaking. The home was decorated to perfection with cozy beds, towels, nice appliances & plenty of cooking supplies for nice meals up on the mountain with my kids. Smart TVs in every room, shovels for the snow with salt, snacks & refreshments.. these hosts really thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!!

This apartment was beautifully located at the top of a mountain near many great hiking trails! Also not far from a quaint town in Idaho Springs. The apartment was so clean and spacious, looked exactly like the photos. It was an amazing stay for an outdoorsy weekend in Colorado.

Tara was a fabulous host. She is very quick to respond and so very helpful. The condo was beautiful and so well appointed. Tara remembers even the little things one may need. The view from the condo is spectacular. Everything is centrally located to restaurants and activities. The downtown is lovely. We will be back.

This property is a peaceful and convenient retreat for mountain adventures. Very close to hiking, fishing, and snowshoeing areas. Also very well equipped for family activities like sledding and fishing.

Desiree & Billy's place is great, as-advertised. Outside of the comfortable and well-appointed accommodation, the apartment's situation next to the river (with available picnic tables for guests' use) and possession of a wood-burning fire place are what make this place especially special and memorable.

We had a great stay here. Loved the location, the resort bus stop was just across the street and dropped you off right at the gondola. Parking was easy, and they included two parking permits for us. The condo itself was very spacious and well furnished!

My friends and I (a group of 6) recently stayed for 5 days, and we honestly loved it. We’d definitely book again on separate occasions. If you go when it’s icy/snowing out, it’ll be a bit tricky to see the parking lines.
