Cozy place to stay while in Granby!

Very nice and cozy place to stay. Very impressed with the cleanliness and Kerrie was open and helpful with communication. It is a climb to get up to the location but well worth it as long as your equipped for the drive (in the winter). Would stay again!

Stayed for ski weekend and everything worked out great. We only had three and space was enough. Definitely would be a tight squeeze for five. The thermostat didn't seem to be able to keep the inside warm but condo had a space heater which saved the day.

Wonderful apartment on the shuttle line to the Winter Park resort. The beds were very comfortable, and I always appreciate an intentionally stocked Airbnb (seasonings, ziplock bags, and more). The babbling winter brook outside the apartment was the cherry on top!

This place has it all, they really went above and beyond with all of their renovations to the unit. Great kitchen with all the bells and whistles and shower was amazing as well. There is a thermostat in every room to customize to your liking. Very pleased with the stay. My only complaint is the hike to down town Idaho springs but the view from the living room makes it worth it!

Beautiful house, it was wonderful to spend it with the family.. Scott very responsible and fast with his answer. You should only improve the TVs and other small cleaning details. But in general it was wonderful

We got lucky with our stay. We were looking for a great place to stay with an abundance of snow. We showed up with so much snow on the ground. Check in was easy and the house was great.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Grand Lake! It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our entire family, including grandparents, an aunt and uncle, and all the kids – not to mention our puppies, who had just as much fun as we did. The house provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The views, especially from the upstairs balcony, were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to those stunning views was a highlight of our trip. This home truly made for the perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to return!

This place was beautiful! Definitely have a 4-wheel drive during winter months (our rental 4-wheel drive broke first day). We walked the St. Mary’s Glacier (All Trails says moderate… it was definitely difficult but worth the view!). We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Was within +/- an hour from major ski resorts. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay for a group of 3. The condo was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Tara was truly an amazing host that was very friendly and thoughtful. Tara even informed us that the pass was closed and when it opened back up upon our arrival. I definitely recommend to others and will stay there again.

My husband and sons had a fantastic stay at Jonathan's place! The apartment was cozy and well-equipped, as described. My hubby was so impressed be sent me videos since I couldn't make it. Jonathan was an excellent host. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process, always available to answer my questions. This made their stay incredibly smooth, especially since I, the family "chaos coordinator", was unable to join them. My family highly recommends this property and would definitely stay here again and hopefully next time I can join them! Thanks again, Jonathan.

We had a great stay here! Our first thoughts when we arrived were that we wish we could stay longer! The place was clean, cozy and the perfect place to decompress after a day of skiing. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in Winter Park!

This place was perfect for our group. Well stocked kitchen and great location near the resort.

My friends and I (a group of 6) recently stayed for 5 days, and we honestly loved it. We’d definitely book again on separate occasions. If you go when it’s icy/snowing out, it’ll be a bit tricky to see the parking lines.

We had a truly wonderful experience renting from Steve and Courtenay. The ski resort bus stop is literally right in front of the building and a quick 13 minute ride to and from the slopes—so amazingly convenient! The place is exactly as advertised and was everything we needed. When the fridge stopped working a couple of days in, Steve went out and bought a new one that very day and drove up to the mountains to bring it to us. We were so appreciative and impressed. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!

John was great! He was very responsive and helpful. We had to book his place last minute and he was so helpful and responsive. The Airbnb was clean and comfortable and close to everything important! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to book in this area!!
