Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Graham

I came to visit my brother in Seattle, the house was very accommodating and useful, clean and comfortable, the only thing is the downstairs unit gets noisy is someone is in the upstairs unit

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and felt comfortable, like our own home. We were treated to nice weather (in February in the PNW!) and spent some time outside enjoying the river. The home has an unusually central location- 5 minutes to Sumner, less than 10 minutes to Puyallup and 20 minutes to Tacoma. Thank you, Rich!

It’s very spacious for our group to stay. Lots of room to hangout both inside and outside of the house. The location is very convenient for us to go to Tacoma Dome for a concert. Will book again next time!

Need a place in a pinch because of the storm and losing power locally at home. This house was extremely spacious and clean. Plenty of room for kids and additional family members if needed. Great fenced yard for the pets too. Our family enjoyed the warm fire and thoughtful amenities.

This is a wonderful property and the host is very nice! Perched on a beautiful lake, it has a large living area with the best lake view, an amazing kitchen and large bedrooms/bathrooms. We went in the early spring so the lake was cold, but we enjoyed the hot tub a lot. I’m sure the lake would be a lot of fun in warmer weather. The host has a hen keep and small bee farm too. We had a wonderful stay. Definitely a must visit in the Seattle area. It’s about 30 mins from the airport, and 45 from downtown. Micheal and Jason are prompt to respond and very nice. An amazing place to unwind, and enjoy the lake!

This is one of the best family friendly Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed. The backyard was amazing. My 72 year old father enjoyed the jacuzzi everyday of our stay. Sometimes even 2x a day. My niece and nephew played outside and enjoyed every single toy and game from the outdoor shed as well as the board games inside and iSpy books. My mom loved the kitchen and we had everything we needed. The location is great, we went on peaceful morning walks and it was super close to mt Rainier. Troy was very helpful and accommodating to us when we needed extra blankets. The two living room TVs are a nice touch that I never thought we would need but it kept the kids entertained while the adults watched movies on the other screen. We made fires and s’more’s a few times. Not sure what else we could possible have asked for or needed. It was great and we made unforgettable memories. So grateful for all the hospitality and the thoughtful touches. I would 1000% recommend this to anyone with a big family.

Anna’s place was great. There were 7 of us plus a dog in town for a funeral service and the spaces worked perfectly for all of us. The kitchen is well appointed, the bathrooms well stocked and the place was very clean. The location is excellent-close to everything and it is a nice neighborhood.

Had a great stay while in town for a concert at the Tacoma Dome! Only had a small issue with the parking. We had payed extra to park in the secure garage and the instructions said there would be a remote fob and a permit on the table when we checked in, however they weren’t there! Sounds like it was a minor mix up with a new cleaning person. We contacted Andy and he responded right away and brought us the pass and the fob we needed in one hour. We preferred to park in the garage for safety reasons, but had no problem leaving our car in the free street parking right in front of the building while we waited for him to arrive. It worked out great! Just a heads up that this Airbnb is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, so keep that in mind if you’re planning on walking to access the light rail/food.

Our stay at Kathy and Gordon’s was truly idyllic! We loved walking along the river in the back yard, the views were fantastic, and the location was great and easily accessible to everything in the area. The place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Kathy and Gordon were also fantastic, responsive hosts - we really can’t imagine a better stay!

Jeff and Linda were amazing! So sweet and courteous. I felt right at home.

This place was perfect. Close to the water. Peaceful with beautiful views. Close to Gig Harbor that has many cute stores, restaurants, and breweries. We would stay again!

Description matches the real thing. This is a great spot with a great view close to local bars and restaurants. The interior is upscale, contemporary and clean. I will definitely rent again when I return to Tacoma. Beau Harlan

The apt was larger and prettier than the pictures! She has it family ready, we could've easily had our grandchildren with us; there were toys and games for all ages. Master bed was most comfortable, with lots of blankets and pillows available to accommodate. Lanis was very responsive to our questions, checked in to make sure all was well with our visit, and was never intrusive! We have family in the area and look forward to staying at The Suite Spot again!!

Angela was an amazing host and her place was perfect for our weekend get away. Loved all the space, the front porch and the hot tub was a bonus. Great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was in a perfect location, private but close to tons of hiking and places to explore and also about 15 minutes away from town for anything you might need. The home was massive, it took us a day or so to remember where all the rooms were. Everything was clean, labeled, and well organized. We loved the kitchen as it was stocked with any appliance you could need and a pay it forward pantry with common spices, etc. The view from the home is incredible. We spent most mornings drinking coffee watching seals and birds play in the water and most evenings in the awesome theater room watching movies. This time there was only my wife and I plus our dog but we would love to return with the whole family as there was plenty of room. The hosts were super nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return!

This home has officially set a new standard for future trips, On top of the heated bathroom floors, the immaculate kitchen, comfy beds, and the views - I can confidently say this was one of the first times I was genuinely sad to leave. Thank you, Carla, and your team for providing us one of the best vacations that we will not soon forget. We will absolutely be back to stay the next time we’re in the PNW.

Daughter and I stayed here and completely fell in love with the house. Very nice layout and roomy, if you are staying at this house more than 1 night plan to cook . Kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to host a BBQ or family casserole night. This was our first AIR B&B stay anywhere and let me tell you it's worth the money. Privacy we were able to take our doggo. Truly enjoyed it, Side note and it is probably me but this home has all of its bedrooms upstairs and someone who has had knee replacement and needing hip and back surgery it took a moment to get up and down the stairs. But it was worth it.

Our stay at Katrina’s place was absolutely wonderful! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, and Katrina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. What a pleasure to stay at Deepankar's beautiful property! We stayed at this beautiful and unique house for a weekend getaway with my wife and extended family (with 2 small kids), and couldn't ask for a better place! We had friends visit us and overall it turned out to be an extremely fun weekend with great catch ups, conversation, laughter, and a lots of fun thanks to this amazing house and wonderfully serene surrounding!! The house offers a lot of cool nooks, including a wide view of the beautiful Case Inlet right from the living room, well stocked kitchen, comfy recliners, a nice Solarium, a movie theater, a small gym, several bathrooms, hot tub, and outdoor patio leading to a small trail to kayaks - too much to explore!! Deepankar & Whitney were extremely helpful, communicative, flexible, and responsive. Highly recommended for a family stay or solitary retreat alike to mingle or relax, in the lap of nature with glimpses of harbor seals, birds, & views of beautiful water and sky!
