Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

A truly magical experience and the perfect place to stay. We spent 5 nights in this special house with the most breathtaking views. A wonderful place to stay and explore the local area. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The personalised meet and greet was a lovely way to start our stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book this beautiful house. Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

The accommodation is very great, in the middle of the mountains, with an incredibly great view over the valley. It is an almost magical place. The hostess was very warm and her staff was very friendly and always helped me with everything. The host even brought a piece of homemade cake to the pool in one day. That was great. The apartment is great, very clean, spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can only feel comfortable in this wonderful place.

What a gorgeous villa, peacefully set among beautiful gardens, olive groves and woodland. Both Letizia and Mauricio are extremely kind and proactive in ensuring your stay is going well. The home is immaculately clean, the kitchen is well supplied and the furniture in the living area is very comfortable. The fireplace is an added benefit for cool fall days. The villa is an easy 10 minute drive to parking for Orvieto. In addition, the surrounding countryside and Orvieto Scalo offer shopping, dining and cafes. We had a lovely stay at Elena’s house. Everything was great, charming house with amazing views. Pool was a life saver when the weather was hot, also the house itself has very thick walls and it was always cool. Thank you Elena for sharing your house with us!

Spectacular place.

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

We stayed a few days from Cecilia, but it was enough to regenerate ourselves... the famous contact with nature was missing for a long time, the fragrant plants, the outside with American vines saved us from the very high temperatures of these July days and so much did the farmhouse in the tuff, always fresh inside... the hospitality was also completed by the inhabitants of the small village of San Valentino, thank you and I hope to be able to come back one day

Elisa, her dad, Bruno, and the whole family were really amazing hosts. I have never found as much hospitality, generosity, kindness and confidentiality as I was offered in this enchanting, genuine and natural place. In addition to the accuracy in the house, (fresh sweets, top-notch foods available, oil, spices, jams and cleanliness), attention to guests has stood out. Wine and pici (really cooked) offered by the house! I stayed alone with my Labrador this February weekend and look forward to coming back. A truly restorative and authentic experience, with authentic people. Thank you Elisa & family ( thank you also for the oil and honey I have already tasted!). Friends travelers, this is a place to visit!!!

The place was serene and beautiful! And we felt very comfortable at her stay, we also got welcome snacks which was cherry on the cake

Definitely a wonderful place to relax. The sunset in the evening is mind-blowing and Letizia is a very welcoming host. The apartment has everything you need but be aware that it can be pretty, pretty cold at night (we were there in May) and if you want to heat the place you’ll need to remember that gas is extra. Other than that it’s a place to fall in love with and also great if you bring your dog. We were sorry to leave and can absolutely imagine to be back to explore more of the Valley D’Orcia or simply to relax and enjoy the sun and nature.

Spacious home in a peaceful area. Very clean. It had everything we needed. Maria and her daughter were very quick to respond. The dishwasher didn’t work during our visit and she came right over to see what could be done.

We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Debora's farmhouse is beautiful, it has a beautiful view, on the clearest days you can see from the Sibillini Mountains to Gran Sasso and the entire Val d 'Orcia. The interior is very welcoming and Debora as an attentive guest has equipped it with everything you can need for the people you welcome, you feel truly welcomed and pampered. She was very kind and very helpful. We were with friends and our respective dogs. For them it was a wonderful experience, they had available in addition to a house that quietly accepted them, even a beautiful fenced ground and outside it, a space as far as the eye can run free and happy. In the morning, despite being December, we always enjoyed a beautiful sunrise. The location in which it is located has allowed us to easily visit many villages and cities and finally we also relaxed at the thermal baths that are very close to the farmhouse. we had such a nice stay at this wonderful place. so much space, in the house, the garden and the pool. someone came early in the mornings and took care of the pool and the trash. we loved the kitchen the most, perfect for cooking together. filippo was a nice host and very friendly. we only had some noise around midday, maybe some field/ construction work. but all in all we had a magical time. thank you so much for this :)
