Holiday rentals with beach access in Grado-Pineta

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

The apartment was super close to the old town and you had everything you need. Very clean and there is also a parking space in front of the door. If you are looking for a beautiful beach, you have to drive a bit but otherwise everything is great.

Luca was a very kind and responsive host. We found the apartment very well prepared, it is in a good condition and has everything you need for cooking etc. The apartment has two bedrooms and a kitchen with a big table for spending your evenings. This matches the description, just be aware that there is no separate room with sofas etc if you travel with more people and look for additional space. We were four and fine with that. We stayed in winter and the area was very quiet as it is mainly a summer holiday destination. The offer of open restaurants, shops etc in the area is much lower during off season. You can get everything you need in the town centre though, and get there by car or bus. Parking at the house was easy and safe in the yard with a closed gate.

We felt very comfortable. The location is super- almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and screens on the lower floor, it was easy to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or take other excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Do not specify a TV. Otherwise, please come back.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The view is incredible, and the modern decor with all the little details made it feel so cozy. Elsa went above and beyond with a super generous welcome pack of food and drinks, which really made us feel at home. Communication was great, and we really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and relaxing by the rock pools on the sun loungers provided. Lots of towels provided and comfortable beds. 20 minute drive to Trieste and a short drive to Sistiana for local restaurants. We could have stayed here forever!

We wanted a modern, well-kept, clean and tidy apartment, and this apartment was exactly what we wanted. We love having our coffee in the morning and looking out over the sea, and that was possible this week. Dealing with the hosts has given us confidence and safety and we are grateful for it. Will definitely visit again.

Our host Patrizia was very open and recommended a lot of places in the area. Communication was very quick and responsive. The House itself was easy to navigate to and the location was good. The Checkout was as easy as it gets and very flexible. We will come again.

We had a lovely time and extended our stay because we loved it so much! The house was absolutely stunning and was well furnished and had everything we needed. The area is very walkable, grocery stores are nearby and the beach is only a few minutes away. Would absolutely recommend. We will come back for sure!!!

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

It was a fantastic stay in a sweet house with large garden, garden furniture, pool. Everything in the house is lovingly furnished and well thought out. Sea, shops, restaurants in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back. Alberto is always easily accessible and very helpful. Check-in was completely uncomplicated and possible earlier. Highly recommended

All as described. Perfect location for dog beach (just under 10 minutes walk). Relatively quiet and you are also quickly in town. Car is good parking.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was all exactly as described, we were not expecting any surprises. The communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I've had with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all the needs, in addition to a wonderful view. At the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli you feel different and wonderful. The apartment is clean, spacious (especially the terrace) and well equipped. The location is excellent (right on the boardwalk, but the children's room is on the quiet back; not even a 5 minute walk from the beach). Parking is also available in the courtyard. Valeria and her husband are very friendly and helpful! For this total package, the price we paid (in the low season) was absolutely fine. Only two small things that could be improved with little effort: The doors (especially those to the children's room) can only be opened and closed quite loudly and should perhaps be oiled. In addition, mosquito screens could be attached to the windows and doors. Otherwise everything is great, thank you!

I don’t know where to start, first of all he is as responsive as it gets, with all the best tips for surrounding area. Check in was super easy and very well explained! Apartment is a top notch as well as the whole complex is. Very close to the beach and really peaceful too. I can say that I am very happy that I chose his apartment! All the recommendations!
