Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Grad Mali Lošinj

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

The space really corresponds to reality 1 to 1. The cleanliness, as well as the order, were to our complete satisfaction. The pool is significantly larger than in the pictures and is more than sufficient for 2 people! The small attentions such as the available towels, dishwasher tablets, rags, baking paper, etc. complete the offer. We hardly had to buy anything extra, which we were positively surprised about. The location is actually a little cut off & you have to drive a longer gravel path to get to the accommodation. All in all, we were super satisfied & can only recommend it!

The house is beautiful, it matches the published photos, but live is even more beautiful. We found it very clean, and really super equipped, from the robot vacuum cleaner to all the possible utensils for the kitchen, many dishes, cups, glasses, knives of all kinds, there is even the capuccinator. The hot tub is wonderful. The location is really great to reach all the beaches of the island in a short time. A 5’ drive away there are many very well-stocked supermarkets. A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. We had such a lovely time at beach house beta. The house and the hosts were fantastic. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday- the pool, great air-con and the direct access to the sea was great for using our paddle board. The house is situated really well with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and the beach only a 5min drive away. It was a great base to explore Pomer and the surrounding area. When I asked my 10 year old what score she would give the house she said 11 out of 10!

Our stay at this place near Pula was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect – quiet yet a short drive from the beaches and town. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, always available if we had any questions. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful garden and terrace, which are perfect for relaxing in the evening. We will definitely be back! Absolutely recommended!

Very nice, luxuriously furnished house. Everything was perfect and the landlords were very friendly. Only the pool was a little too cold. The grounds and house but really perfect and just like in the photos.

The house is absolutely amazing. The house is much nicer than the photos suggest. All rooms were super tidy, air conditioners installed everywhere, great kitchen, nice bathrooms, very upscale amenities! The house is very privately isolated from the street, which makes it super nice and idyllic. We were there as 2 families with children and everyone got their money's worth here. For the children and us, it was an absolute dream to spend the holiday there and freely decide whether to drive the km down to the beach, drive 10 minutes to Krk or just relax in the house by the pool. There was something for everyone, I highly recommend it. The coordination or contact with the owner was also super easy and trustworthy. I can only encourage everyone to move into this beautiful house and see for themselves. We will definitely be back. 😊

The villa, area and host were outstanding! We have a newborn baby and Robert went out of his way to help us with all request, even purchasing a baby bath for us! The villa is spotless and very relaxing. The jacuzzi on the roof is unbelievable on a clear day with 360 views of the sea! The area has so much to explore and with great restaurants near by and very family friendly. Robert really made our stay special, with his flexibility with check-ins and help when my family came to join, highly recommended!!

This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

We (8 people) stayed at the property for 8 days. In advance, we received a detailed voucher about the accommodation and possible activities nearby. The hostess was super friendly and welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything in and around the house. She also recommended us the restaurant "Istra" in Medulin, where your husband works as a chef. We were there one night and were all thrilled. Value for money = TOP. The place itself was exactly as seen on the pictures, everything was new and above all well maintained and clean. Also the outdoor area incl. Pool was very well maintained and had ample space for relaxing barbecues. In a small adjoining room, there was even room for a dart slice and a foosball table. A trampoline for the younger guests was also available. All in all, the place was just like we imagined. We highly recommend the place to anyone. I will gladly come back.

Toni and Karla's villa is dreamy. In addition to a large and spacious kitchen, the guest will find four beautiful rooms, all of which invite you with great amenities. In addition, there is a large saltwater pool and a hot tub, which guarantee the relaxation of the guests. The villa itself is a bit remote, but impresses with an exposed location with great views and a quiet neighborhood. With rental cars, the surroundings can be wonderfully explored. There is enough parking space available for this. Toni and Karla are unprecedented hosts. They respond to requests from guests within a very short time and take care of their concerns. Thanks to you, we were able to focus on the essentials on vacation. On request, a wide variety of recommendations are made regarding possible activities in the area. This home is fully recommended. We will be happy to come back!

The place is in pristine condition, very well equipped and Martina & Petar are very friendly and straightforward. The surroundings don't give much, but you can quickly reach the beach or Pula city by car, as well as at the airport. Definitely recommended!
