Old stone house, consisting 2 separate apartments, which we have completely and lovingly renovated with the highest quality materials. Every bedroom and the living room are air conditioned. NETFLIX is also availlable to our guests. If coming by car you have a garage space for use. You can reach the beautiful old town of Hvar and its lovely sights by making a 10 minute walk over the promenade and enjoying the weather.

Villa Kogo je moderno i luksuzno uređen objekt. Smještena je u mirnom djelu grada ,a ipak udaljena samo 2 minute hoda od glavnog gradskog trga i Katedrae sv. Stjepana. U bizini su plaže , barovi,restorani,luka i sve znamenitosti koje grad nudi.Gosti se mogu opustiti uz bazen s terasom i pogledom na prirodu. U sklopu objekta je i privatan parking. Svi apartmani su klimatizirani ,s internetom i kompletnom opremom.

What a beautiful location at the splendid Kalober bay. Ideal site to enjoy the sea and to relax while being just minutes from the city of Hvar. Comfortable, well-equipped, and very clean apartment. The big plus is direct access to the sea by landscaped platforms, loungers arranged on different levels, shade, calm, crystal clear water, kayaks available... what more can we ask for? The icing on the cake, Natasa is very professional, responsive but also very welcoming and warm. She lives on site, and discreetly, she makes sure everyone feels at home. Thank you so much for the unforgettable stay!

We just had the most wonderful time in Hvar and in Vesnas apartment! Vesnas husband picked us up at the harbour and brought us to the house, which is really only 3-5min from the city centre. There we were greeted by Vesna and she showed us our apartment for the next week. The apartment is perfect for two and has everything one needs. The small kitchen is absolutely sufficient to cook your own meals and spare some money, since the restaurants in Hvar are pretty expensive, comparing to the rest of croatia. I loved the balcony with sea view and theres even a big terrace one can use. But because of the view to the sea and the monastery we always sat at the balcony ;). I really appreciated the big bathroom, I never had such a high standard bathroom in croatia or the balkans before. The whole place was spotless clean. Only 2min from Vesnas house is a small beach, but I recommend to walk some minutes more in direction to Milna for better swimming possibilities - or take the Bus to Milna or Dubovica or of course Taxi boat to the pakleni islands (mlini beach was my favourite). Hvar in high season really is a party town. Since there is so much to do and see we never had problems to avoid the teenage party crowd but be aware that it can get noisy in the night, if you like to sleep with open windows and have a light sleep ;) Communication with Vesna was always very easy, she's so nice and we and provided us with a lot of recommandations concerning where to go and where to eat, that was very helpful. I really fell in love with the island and the apartment and if I ever come again, i would choose her apartment anytime again.

I had the great fortune of staying in Vesna's Sunny Pearl appartement. The appartement is one of many in her truly amazing house. The room is spacious with all det amenities you will need, and a lovely porch with great view over - what i believe to be - the east side of the harbor and the Franciscan Monastery. The area is quiet and calm. Vesna is a great host and always makes sure that you have everything you need. Her family is kind and welcoming. When I come back, this will be my first choice of accommodation.

Beautiful and spacious villa with a large terrace. Perfect quiet location, so close to absolutely everything within a short walk. There are 4 restaurants by the villa and a beach around the corner. Tommy market is a block away and the promenade takes you into Hvar town. So perfect!!

Perfect! We ended up booking this apartment very last minute after a disastrous first night at a different hotel. Damir and his mum were lovely and very quick to respond. The apartment has the most beautiful view of the sunset - two balconies to enjoy it from! Hot high pressure shower, air conditioning and a big fridge (freezer in the hallway). The kitchen is equipped to cook any meal you fancy. The apartment is up a bit of a hill so if you’ve not got a car you might want to get a taxi if you’ve got lots of bags. The best beach in Hvar in our opinion is only 10 minutes one way (steep gravel path) and the old town is 10 in the other direction. Lots of supermarkets about too and they never seem to shut! Pristine clean, comfortable beds, lovely hosts - everything you could want really!
