Holiday houses in Grad Crikvenica

We stayed with dog and it was perfect. 5 minutes walk to a quiet, little-visited dog beach. We really enjoyed it and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful accommodation with a large garden and nice ambiance in Jadranovo. There are 2 paths to the beach near A quick climb (5 minutes, way back more strenuous) and one through a small grove (10 minutes). Very well equipped. e.g. several sets of glasses, barbecue with prefabricated wood, good and beautiful household appliances, etc. Small supermarket and bakery within 15 minutes walking distance and larger towns by car about 15 - 20 minutes away. In addition, the host was quickly accessible, direct and very likeable :)

There were four of us in this beautiful house. Since the house is a semi-detached house, each couple had one house available. Each semi-detached house has seperate entrance. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet (with washing machine), storage room, kitchen & couch. Upstairs are two beautiful bedrooms and a newly furnished bathroom. In general, everything was very clean and very nice and lovingly decorated. The house has been equipped with all kinds of utensils, such as. Coffee tabs, laundry tabs, toiletries ... totally great!! We use the grill corner almost daily, just a dream! Even charcoal was available! In the vicinity (2 min by bike, which is also part of the house), there is a small supermarket, a bakery as well as three restaurants. The neighborhood is very, very quiet. In front of the house is a small public stretch of beach. However, there are definitely much nicer beaches on Krk, this is not so great. Could be at the nearby harbor or the healing mud of Soline, I don't know for sure. Nevertheless, we have spent wonderful days in this house.

This apartment was nothing short of amazing! Pristine, comfortable & modern in a very convenient location. Communication with Ivor & Davorka was smooth and they were extremely helpful. Looking forward to returning in the near future! Highly recommend.

Beautiful new apartment, stunning views, extremely clean, really comfortable beds and good communication. We especially enjoyed the weekly laundry service for towels and bed linens. Can definitely recommend!

Great place! Warm welcome and amazing view! The place was modern and thoughtfully equipped and there was nothing missing even though we were guests for 10 days. It was invariably sparkling clean, fresh and comfortable, as we never knew from any accommodation!!! Everything was very lovingly designed and new towels were provided after a few days. We also got nice little things like chocolate and delicious, homemade baklava on rainy days, which we were very happy about. The place was beautiful and Sanjin was very helpful with local recommendations. He was responsive to my messages when I needed help or clarification and was very friendly in person! The view from the balcony & out the kitchen window was just absolutely stunning with warm natural light throughout the day. The apartment was also well situated and we had good fun hiking the mountain!

We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at House Paola. The accommodation is a small cottage, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The living & dining room is large enough for a relaxing TV evening and for eating in bad weather. In the kitchen there is everything necessary. The air conditioning upstairs near the bedrooms was really worth gold at up to 37 degrees in August. The pool, which is exclusive to the property, also offered a wonderful cooling and was also very well maintained. Vedrana is very nice and always helpful. Our kids no longer wanted to separate themselves from Vedrana's lovely dogs. The location is very quiet and you can enjoy the warm summer evenings on the terrace. You can drive to the beach about 10 minutes by car, which was completely fine for us, as we preferred the tranquility in Vinodol to the overcrowded beach resorts.

This is a very cosy studio apartment with a small but usable kitchen and a huge terrace with a gorgeous view. Air conditioner worked well. There is an easy way to be fully separated from the neighbouring apartment's balcony. And we were absolutely pleased with the service of the host. There are 96 steps down to the beach which is just fantastic. It belongs to a few houses around, so it is kind of private (N. B. strictly speaking there is no private beach in Croatia.) Great opportunity for swimming and sunbathing. We even saw dolphins one day. I think this is a perfect place when you are looking for a calm and refreshing holiday.

Great location, pristine apartment exactly as described. It is on a main road so expect commuter traffic noise from first thing. Lovely hosts - very helpful. Note - parking on road is virtually impossible - garage v useful (small extra charge).
