I had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for everything I wanted to do, and the host was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful condo steps from the beach. The unit was perfect for a week vacation with kids home from college. The pictures were accurate and check in was one of the easiest ever. Plenty extra touches in the unit that were appreciated. IE nice beach towels, Basket of paper goods and tide pods. One restaurant next door, Pelican Bay. Was perfect to stop over. Other restaurants and shopping are easy 10 to 15 minute walk. Also-- parking lot is gated for extra security. Would highly recommend staying at this property

I have stayed at this condo a few times before because I love it's position at La Vista Azul, corner unit with lots of light and steps from the pool. This was my first trip after the owner did some big updates, and WOW it is just perfect. Bright, modern, and airy, 100% my go to condo at the complex now! THANKS Mike and team, the place looks great and can't wait to return in the summer !!!

We were very impressed with Oscar’s responsiveness. He had great recommendations on activities. His place was very clean, the kitchen had some basic essentials (coffee, sugar, seasonings) that we really appreciated. Very clean, great linens and a comfy bed. The view from the balcony was fabulous. I don’t have one negative about this place or working with Oscar.

Really enjoyed our stay. Eddy was super helpful in not only the checking in, but also was able to accommodate a late checkout which was really helpful. Lovely relaxing place, had all the amenities you’d expect and a great central location on the island. Very easy to get everywhere. Great to have beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Also found it very helpful to have some condiments in the kitchen which saved the hassle of buying these for a short trip. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Small touches but make a big difference. Overall a great stay and would recommend. Thanks Eddy.

We really enjoyed our stay for a nice relaxing vacation. The unit was clean and very well appointed, the location on the beach was amazing with chairs and umbrellas always set up and available when needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries, and everything was within walking distance. We will be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Steve and Nicole were always very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The unit was super clean and had most of the amenities we needed. We loved being directly poolside, although on one occasion there was a family with young children in the pool playing quite loudly before 8am. This only happened once, and they do have "Quiet Hour" policies at the resort, so it really wasn't an issue for us... but be advised that the serenity of your stay may be dependent on how respectful and courteous the other guests are, given the close proximity of the unit to the pool. Overall, we were very pleased and loved having the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, with storage pockets to keep essentials out of the sand, cup holders, etc. It was also super to be within walking distance to a few restaurants (we liked Mango Reef and Sharkbite). We would definitely recommend having a car, however, to explore all of the lovely beaches and other restaurants. We'll be back!

The condo we rented was great and the pool area was quiet and clean. The staff was amazing!! We would love to stay there again. We rented a car and there was underground parking which was safe and great to keep the car cool. The location was easy to find and it was minutes from Grace Bay. Overall, a great experience!

I thought Peter’s place looked much better than the photos advertised. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival and would definitely stay here again if returning to the island. Thank you Peter. Oh and having the rental was a great bonus without much hassle. Convenient to get around, which is needed.

I was super comfortable in this space. It was perfect for my few days and I will certainly reach out to rent again. The host communicate very well which made things so much easier and I was able to to get all my work done. I'm happy and I hope others respect your place and treat it well.

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

Everything was great with the condo, it was just as shown on the website. The big balcony was awesome. All of the appliances worked perfectly, the AC kept us cool the whole trip and the condo was very clean and well maintained. We had a car so every day we loaded up the beach equipment provided by Daniel (umbrella/folding chairs/cooler/towels) and drove 5 minutes to a different public access entrance on Grace Beach. We got to enjoy all of the Grace Bay experiences, without paying those exorbitant costs. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Daniel and Landa were very responsive to all of questions. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely rebook this condo.

The condo area was very nice. There was two pools at different temps and a nice hot tub. Very nice landscaping. Simmons is a nice restaurant on the grounds.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for our first trip to Turks & Caicos. The location is in a great area - quiet, clean, and easy to get to - perfect for families! The apartment complex is beautifully maintained, and there is a team of people out everyday making sure the pool is spotless and so are the grounds. The apartment feels so spacious for being small, and is beautifully decorated. We felt right at home with all the amenities, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Very easy to walk to several restaurants close by, and they all had delicious food and views! This Airbnb is only a 10 min drive from the airport, and it is very easy to get to several grocery stores nearby, and to the Grace Bay area. We rented a car and explored all the beaches on the island along with lots of restaurants, and all the shops in Grace Bay. We were really impressed with the quality of food in all of the restaurants that we ate at and the beauty of this island!

We had a great stay! The apartment is very conveniently located, kids loved the heated pool on the property. The apartment itself was wonderful - we had everything we needed and more! Would love to come back!

This condo is absolutely incredible! I would recommend this a million times over! First and foremost this is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The condo feels safe, peaceful, and beautiful! Karen also provides her guest with a wagon, beach towels, and beach chairs which added so much value to our stay! All of the guest including myself can confidently say we enjoyed our stay!

We could not have asked for a more wonderful stay! Celebrated my husbands Birthday and thourougly enjoyed every moment. The Villa is beautifully appointment and very private. Absolute perfect spot for complete R&R. So thankful I saw the reviews for this before we booked a crowded all inclusive. We took the owners advise and provisioned at the nearby grocery which meant we rarely had to leave the beauty of what felt like our own private beach. Recommend staying here for sure and hope to come back sooner than later.

Having a private bungalow on the beach in Turks and Caicos was amazing! The property is beautifully maintained and each bungalow has its own private setting, including a splash pool. Everything was immaculate! We loved that we were on peaceful LongBay Beach, away from the crowds. The water was calm which made it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Kayaks and SUPs were provided so there was no need to rent! Everyone was very welcoming and Jen was always very helpful when we needed a taxi or had questions about anything. She even brought us to the market! We have been on many beach vacations and this one is at the top of the list. We can't wait to go back. When we do, we will definitely return to Swaying Palms!!!

Had a great experience. The house was super kid friendly, which we really appreciated - they even had baby gates and a pack n play. Plenty of toys and games for kids of all ages, and outside the playhouse and trampoline were great. Even though other guests were in the other houses, we were almost always the only ones at the pool. The walk to the beach is quite close (I timed it at 7 minutes), but it is not great with little kids - the path going to the beach is not doable with a wagon or stroller. That being said, the beach there is great - very serene and not crowded at all. Hosts were super responsive and flexible. My only complaint is that the house did not have a microwave, although they did have pretty much every other kitchen appliance you can think of. You'll definitely need a car if you stay there, but everything at Grace Bay is a 10 min drive away, and its about a 20 min drive to the airport, so very convenient.
