We stayed there in Jan - everything was as advertised. Tanya was most responsive. 100% recommend this place. We saw dolphins most days and the sunsets were out of this world. Restaurants and shooping in walking distance or a short drive. This is the place to be if you want to relax in nice quiet surroundings.

Had a fabulous time, gorgeous house, the kids loved the play area both inside and inside. The house is very clean, well equipped, the bedrooms are amazing. It’s definitely a 5 star.

The Sun villa is beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. The views are amazing from every room. We had a great stay and Tanya was extremely responsive, accommodating and available to answer our many questions about PE even weeks before we arrived. She promptly took care of any issues that came up. We really enjoyed the house. It was the perfect spot for us to discover everything PE has to offer while enjoying a very peaceful neighborhood.

Absolutely stunning home with incredible ocean views. We had an amazing holiday! The house has everything you need including a lovely pool and games room, and is ideal for a large family like ours! Fantastic restaurant (Blue vibez) on the doorstep, a handy Spar and bottle shop across the road and a short drive to the beautiful beaches (Sardinia Bay, Kini Bay, and Maitland Mouth). We instantly felt at home. Thank you so much - we'll definitely be back!!
