Great stay, charlie is an available and super nice host.

We had a wonderful week at Delphine's in August. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the views over the peaceful countryside were wonderful, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We enjoyed using the covered pool, even when raining, and the pool house has a fridge and toilet which meant with young children we didn't need to walk back up the hill path to the main house. The tennis court and basketball net were also was a big hit and she provided lots of balls and rackets to keep everyone entertained. There is a lovely boulangerie in Chambray, and big supermarket nearby in Vernon, and the location is great for taking day trips to the coast and surrounding towns. Check in and check out was smooth with the friendly Martine showing us around the house and providing all the details, even using a translation app so we could communicate and understand each other well. It really was the perfect week for relaxing and switching off for a while.

We stayed one night at the cottage offered by Jeannie we found it calm and rest as we wanted. The place is particularly cute and nice.

Fantastic stay, well thought out and a great location. Host was very helpful at all times. Place was clean and spacious. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Chalet du Cerf Volant. The setting is exceptional, perfect for relaxing, with many walks nearby. The cottage is tastefully decorated by Olivier. We really enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations. The Chalet is well heated, and the wood fire added a warm atmosphere, which was particularly nice with the cold outdoor temperatures (we are rather chilly!) in December! Olivier is a welcoming, available and attentive host, which greatly contributed to our comfort. Although only one of the three bedrooms is really suitable for young children (<4 years old in our case), we had a memorable time with the family with four adults and two young children. We recommend this cottage and Olivier as host without hesitation and hope to come back soon!

Wishlist! The place was perfectly as advertised and was exactly what we were looking for with my team, i.e. a place to stay with separate bedrooms and a large, comfortable and airy living space.

Hosts very accommodating large house top I would recommend

Upon arrival, the house was already lit and heated. Path to home was not really well lit, but easy to find . Not suitable for large car station, path is too narrow. There is plenty of parking on the street, but unclear if you have to pay for it. Clean beds and towels were provided. Large fridge, pepper salt and oil available for cooking. Bakery right around the corner . We were with 2 small children (3&4) and walking but station was easy to do.
