Tim was a lovely host, very responsive and made me feel at ease and ready for our weekend in Rye. It’s a great house, a perfect size for us as 2 adults, 2 children + dog. There are lots of games and books provided and there’s a nice big park opposite with a playground. We particularly enjoyed the cat cafe which is just at the end of the street. And everything is in walking distance. A great location. We had a wonderful time.

This is a beautiful house, exactly as shown in the photos - fresh, clean, and equipped with every possible amenity. The heating is excellent, making winter evenings cozy and enjoyable. Sharon, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

we had a lovely evening celebrating my birthday with my husband and the children. it was spacious, clean and super cosy. Jennie communicated well and we felt we had privacy and left feeling super relaxed

Mark was very responsive. We had an issue on New Year’s Day which was addressed very quickly, and fairly dealt with subsequently. Great location and great fun.

Hi this is sweet little house with a great enclosed garden and a comfortable dining area. Very nice and warm in the cold weather… an easy walk to the sea and the Lido !

My partner and I wanted a nice peaceful break away for the weekend after a busy working week. We got exactly that. We were greeted by David (very nice guy) who gave us all the details we needed regarding internet and the local pub etc. Larrissa’s place is amazing we will for sure be coming back here. We didn’t use the tub or pool as it’s still freezing outside, however, we had a great break relaxing in the warm barn with movies and cooking. Great place to remove yourselves from the hustle and find yourself again! Slept really well too.

We absolutely loved our stay, extremely comfortable, cosy and relaxing place to call home for a few days. located 10 mins walk from beautiful Shoreham, we really enjoyed being able to walk to lunch at the Mount Vineyard so easily. my daughter loved the big garden and the swing was a lovely surprise! thanks again for everything:)

We love going to Chris and Erick’s cottages. They really have thought of everything. It’s like a home away from home. So many amenities on site and so much to do in the local area. Highly recommend staying.

Fantastic couple of nights away, would highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at the barn this November. Michelle was a great communicator for any questions I had which made the whole process effortless. The owners are lovely and the barn exactly as described. Hoping to return in the Summer to be able to take advantage of the pool.

The cottage is clean, welcoming and quaint, with a log burner and beautiful Christmas tree glistening in the corner. We felt right at home straight away. There are plenty of games and things to do in the house to keep the guests entertained. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. It is the perfect place for relaxing and cosy winter getaway.

Caroline was a wonderful host. She made sure we had more than what we needed. She was flexible to our requests and was so friendly. We were thrilled with our stay, thank you!

The caravan was well located and had everything we needed to get settled. Also the kindness of providing items that you probably forget to pack, which was very helpful. Being off season there wasn’t park facilities available, but we don’t use them much anyway. It was so close to local entertainment and beaches we had a great time and a break from our city life. I would definitely recommend using Shirley as a host and can’t wait to back in better weather 😀

Thank you for the use of your accommodation Sarah it was absolutely spotless and it was a very nice /personal touch with all the amenities that you leave within the caravan. We all had a great great nights sleep and went to work very refreshed so thank you Sarah and hence that’s why we have re booked for next week. The shower and the caravan as a whole was very spacious and very comfortable. Take care and have a lovely weekend and thank you very much.

A beautiful little hidey hole right in the centre of a lively village, but so peaceful, and surrounded by wonderful country walks. Possibly a bit cramped for two, but, for me and my dog, just perfect!

This was our second stay at Maria's 70's caravan. Very cosy with beautiful views of the field opposite, this time with grazing sheep! Maria and Matt are great hosts. Highly recommend.

Primose Lodge is a fabulous small barn conversion set in the rolling East Sussex countryside. It has everything you would expect to find in this well appointed and cosy getaway. A home from home. Definitely recommend.

Jon and Mel were amazing. It was the little things that made our stay so wonderful. A few treats for out dogs home made macaroons and enough toilet paper, paper towel toiletries to ensure that all would be well for some time. They were super responsive without being intrusive. Everything was super clean and in perfect working order with lots of local information. All in All you could not do better. Thank you both very much!

Enjoyed a wonderful Christmas here. House was perfect. Had everything we needed and the beachside setting was just perfect for walks with the dogs. We will most certainly be back Thank you 🤩

We didn't want to leave, it's a perfect relaxing hideaway for those who love to be woken by birdsong. We saw deer in the adjacent field and it's wonderful to have a secure environment for the 2 dogs to explore. The hut is snug and cosy, the living space is very comfortable and Jean-Mary was extremely accommodating. There are great woodland walks on the doorstep, much appreciated by Echo and Albert. The South Downs are a short drive away and we enjoyed spectacular views at Firle Beacon. A bonus was hearing owls as we sat out in the paddock at night by the fire pit. Hope to be back, thanks Jean-Mary for being an excellent host!
