Our stay at Joshua’s place was exceptional! The house was beautiful and pristine in a tranquil neighborhood, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. I had an amazing stay for my birthday. Joshua was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. I recommend 100% and hope to come back in the near future!

Me and my family have never stayed in an air bnb where we felt the warm home feeling. This home has all the great qualities you want to feel right at home ! The beds were extremely comfortable! This house was also very kid friendly!! Very spacious for a large family . We recommend this home to anyone visiting PA

We loved our stay here! The camper was spotless, and in a great area. Nice, quiet place to stay, but within a good distance of everything around. About 20 mins to Lancaster and there were also great places even closer. Joshua was a great host, we even needed to extend our stay and they were super accommodating. Even though it was at their house, it was super quiet and we never knew they were home! We would definitely stay here again.

Katelyn’s place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, even better than the photos, and exactly what my husband and I were looking for for a relaxing long weekend in the country. We loved the historic furnishings of the farmhouse - very special to step back in time a bit but with all the modern amenities you could hope for! We will definitely be back, and hopefully bring along some family next time. This would be a perfect spot to celebrate the holidays with family or friends and the winter decorations were a great touch. Highly recommended and one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at!! Katelyn and Matt were fantastic hosts and we can’t wait to return.

Being a realtor and my husband an architectural designer our standards are high...this home exceeded our expectation. The floor plan was wonderful for a larger family like ours. Furnishings were well thought out for smaller children including the easy to use baby gates. Adequate space inside and out for plenty of fun for both adults and little ones. Of note, we had 6 children 7 y/o and below. View was spectacular. While you do sometimes see the train and always hear the train it did not take away from our ability to enjoy this airbnb and honestly for the most part it was a delight to the kids. Our family all being in the profession of real estate appreciated the overall construction of this home, definitely built with quality items and appears no expense was spared to allow for a very enjoyable vacation home.

We had a fantistic time getting away at Kelly's A-Frame. Beautiful surroundings, and a rustic lot were just what we needed for a retreat. Thanks for a great stay!

Wasn't sure how we'd feel about the "living room" in the basement but it worked out great! We have young kids so it was helpful to have them play down there without creating chaos upstairs and the adults could still sit around the dining table and relax. The cousins also loved having a big sleepover altogether in the basement! The ambience was nice either way the little Christmas tree in the corner and we had everything we needed. Holly was very responsive!
