Our newly renovated farm cottage sits at the edge of a grove of giant hardwoods. Enjoy year round mountain views, including Merry Mountain. Ease into the morning while watching wildlife from a front porch rocker. Visit local wineries, breweries, restaurants, museums, shops, hiking trails or wedding venues. Unwind in the hammock or practice yoga on the back deck. Prepare dinner in our full size kitchen. Then, star gaze around the fire-pit after dark. This peaceful oasis awaits you.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in central Charlottesville, this charming 3 bedroom home is conveniently located just minutes away from UVA and the historic downtown mall. This bright, spacious 1930s home has been newly renovated and features a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living spaces, a dining area, and a private deck for outdoor enjoyment. Each of the 3 bedrooms features an updated full ensuite bathroom, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Eco-friendly cottage overlooks lake in mountains 1 BD w/ queen, ladder to sleeping loft w/ two twins, double futon in living-room. Bath with tub. Deck with charcoal grill. Only a few yards from water’s edge. Onsite walking trails with mountain bikes, canoes, and fishing. Family friendly! Pets welcome with additional $50 fee for the first pet, $25 for an additional pet. Wi-Fi in this cottage sometimes needs owner to reset. Near the Shenandoah National Park!

Perfect Day/HotTub/Beach Access/Boat Slip

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Perfect Day! We are minutes from all of the wonderful things that make Lake Anna great! While the home is not water front, all guests have access to the private community beach and common areas less than one mile from the house as well as an assigned boat slip. The house offers a year around hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, jacuzzi tub and indoor fireplace.
