Michael responded immediately and very courteously to questions before and during our arrival. The house was spacious, clean, modernly furnished and in a very nice environment.

this place is very well located with lots within walking distance and close to a regular bus route . there is a great oven ,the living space is larger than expected. the host was very responsive and had suggestions for places of interest nearr by I enjoyed my stay here and would reccomend it .

Stayed here for a 3 day weekend with my extended family. 6 adults and 3 kids under 5. The house is so spacious and modern. It was below freezing outside and super comfortable inside. The views from the house are really nice and we watched the sunrise over the Irish Sea in the morning. There is a beautiful quiet beach within a 5 min walk and enough to do within a 20 min drive. Would definitely recommend it.

Our family of four had a lovely stay at Eileen’s house!! The house was perfect for us and the garden is truly a little oasis. Eileen was so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Amazing hosts, hospitality was first class and couldn’t do enough for us. Perfect location for us, close proximity to Dunmore East, Tramore and Waterford City and of course the beautiful south east coast road. We stayed during Christmas and the house was so nicely decorated. A very warm and friendly Irish family who were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Lovely stay in Youghall

Huge house with plenty of space for the extended family - we were delighted with it. Warm, clean and bright. Could do with some bedside lamps and lockers, otherwise it was great! The large fridge freezer stopped working but we let Steven know so it'll be fixed for the next group. Walking distance to shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and the beach. Great location - lots on offer in Tramore! We would definitely book again.

The apartment is very professionally managed by Joan and keeps to what was promised in the description. The unique view has attracted us and it is beautiful to walk a few more steps along the beach ballad in the evening and reflect on the impressions of the day. It has a lot to do from this starting point by car (Blarney Castle, Kilkenny Castle, Cork, Ardmore to mention just a few places and of course Youghal itself). In short: the apartment is highly recommended. We would book the apartment again immediately.
