The home and pool were beautiful and perfect for our Taylor Swift weekend!

This was a great place to stay. At the end of a road next to a park in a quiet subdivision. The pool was great to have for the family. AC worked great and we had a wonderful time. Host was very responsive and flexible with our needs.

Christina’s place was absolutely lovely! The pool was perfect, and the backyard felt like a little oasis—so peaceful and relaxing. The interior was exactly as expected, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We loved the space! Ralph and Frank were fantastic hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very accommodating! The whole place is wonderful, but the pool area is heaven! It is your own personal space and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

Pleasant house with garden and pool. Completely suitable for a family with kids. The information was missing local addresses for shopping or for finding a restaurant. A few tips about Miami would be welcome.

John was extremely responsive and provided very clear instructions for check in. Upon checking in we had some questions and needed him to take care of a few items. He was extremely proactive in responding and working out a solution for items that needed attention. The house is very roomy, kitchen is generously stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking pots, utensils,etc. The neighborhood is very friendly and we enjoyed some evening walks around the area. The Publix is nearby and we picked up groceries a few times during our stay. Pompano beach is 2.5 miles away and is a very family friendly beach with a fun vibe. We also did a couple of day trips to Miami with a commute time of approx 30-35 minutes into Miami. After all the lights and action of Miami , it was nice to come back and chill in front of the TV. Overall John is a very solution oriented host and responds very quickly to texts, phone calls and emails.

We were very taken care of here, any questions we had, they responded very quickly and helped us out with everything. Very nice host, definitely something I feel like you need to have a great vacation home is a great host.

Excellent does not do justice for our stay. The house was perfect, clean, great location, private, and had everything we needed for two adults and an infant. Ben was extremely responsive and willing to accommodate however needed. It was a quick easy walk to the beach, restaurants, quick drives if you wanted to check out other beaches or towns, and the hot tub made for a perfect end of the day. We are already in talks of another vacation next year in hopes this home will be available.

This was a great place my 3 yr old daughter did not want to leave , super comfortable and close to everything fully recommend and will come back again!

Super convenient location, 10 -15 minutes from everything! Lots of bathrooms! Absolutely loved the host, helped us with an early check in!

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.

Cozy home, really clean, nice deck/porch, in the house there is everything you need, nice location, and very safe.Derek was always online with me, and we would like to go there again.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, modern and very clean. The heated pool was everything. The kids loved it so much they did not want to leave. The location was just a short ride to all the great locations. The best part was the privacy. We felt we were in our own little private oasis. We would highly recommend!

Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! This place is so cool - the location is perfect - easy walk to the beach and we loved all the wildlife critters right on the property. We used every feature the home had to offer - pool, kayaks - and the kitchen was outstanding. We had no problem preparing meals- high end appliances etc. My teenage kids loved the privacy of the separate entrances for their sleeping rooms too. Hope to be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aly’s place. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The house is comfortable and easily accommodated our three generation (five adults) family in town for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed the backyard, which had ample seating for all. Would absolutely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

This place was fantastic we did not wanna leave, felt right at home. Place was spotless rooms are beautiful. Very clean home. The area where the pool is at the floor is marble so it does not get hot, stays nice and cold awesome. The host responds to you right away asap ThankYou Desiree Viera

We're so glad we decided to stay here and would love to come back again! 3 nights here were not long enough - the house is perfect for a family and there's so much to do in the area! Vilma was so welcoming when we arrived and she is the perfect host! The house had everything we needed (and more!) for our stay, and Vilma and Erasmo were quick to help whenever we had questions and to provide lots of recommendations of sights to see and places to eat. The beds are comfy, showers were hot and with good water pressure, and we really appreciated the extra special touches of things like muffins for our first breakfast there, coffee and creamers, water bottles, beach towels, baby crib and highchair, and even a cooler box for our day trips. Homestead was the perfect base for trips to Miami, the Florida Keys and the Everglades. We would highly recommend this house for both big and small groups alike. Beautiful home in an upscale neighborhood. Well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Comfortable sleeping. One snafu with the pool heat. Owner responsive - pool co out the next day. Close to everything. Perfect for the family that fishes and loves a down side pool day.

the place was amazing . It was easy to find , very clean and the ac was working beautifully.
