Holiday rentals with a kayak in Gogebic County

Collin's place was perfect for our family Christmas! Such a nice spot tucked away in the woods - perfect for stargazing! We even saw eagles and a family of otters playing on the ice. The house had everything we needed for our stay and check-in and out was a breeze. I'd love to come back in the summer to enjoy the lakes!!

Wonderful location on Lake Superior, close to the state park, and a 12 mile drive into town if you need to go. Beach offers beautiful unobstructed views of the sunset. Well stocked with firewood and kindling for the fire pits and the sauna. Location allows for quiet time and rest. Kitchen allows you to cook your own large meals and enjoy in a dining table that can seat eight easily. Front room is perfect for conversation or games for a large group. Bathrooms had showers with good water pressure. Sauna was well maintained, with the fire starting up easily, and heating up in due time. This is the perfect place for a family vacation. We had grandparents, parents, and kids at this beautiful hermitage. Ten out of 10 - would recommend!

We stayed at Jared & Sarah - Wolf Bay Lodge Cabin for a snowmobile trip. Hosts were easy to access through messenger and quick friendly responses. Cabin was clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of futons & comfortable couch's. We rode the trails to Land O'Lakes, Watersmeet & Marenisco. I highly recommend staying here. We are already trying to plan availability when to come back to Wolf Bay Lodge.

We enjoyed our stay at Moose Track Lodge. 2 grandparents, 4 children, 4 grandchildren! It's a beutiful setting and the house was comfortable for our group and as expected. We were familiar with the local area and enjoyed biking at WinMan and the trails. Dixies coffee shop is a tradition to stop at. The weather was nicely HOT (summer) and the swimming area and raft is wonderful! Fishing wasn't a big success on North Turtle at this time. S'mores around the fire a couple nights. We also ventured to Lake Superior and Conglomorate falls hike. The host communicated well that the parking is limited. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

it was such a wonderful stay. the only thing we could leave as a friendly advice is to highlight that the blower be turned on for the fireplace. Otherwise, the thermostat stays reading hot while the bedrooms get pretty chilly at night. But that is a typical user error we will own :). see you next year as well definitely be back!

This cabin was great for a group of snowmobilers. Direct access to the lake made getting to the trails easy. We admired the cleanliness and layout of the cabin and beds. We would definitely stay here again.

We were headed up north to visit the Winter Park in Boulder Junction, WI. Our family (2 kids, 2 adults) and my wife's cousin and his two kids had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time. It's clear that the host has done quite a bit to renovate and improve the property. The amenities were just as described. The location was excellent, and we kept thinking about how wonderful it would be in the summertime, too. The host was responsive over messaging and very friendly. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The views of the sunrise were amazing from the bank of windows on the second floor. Plenty of entertainment areas for times when you don't want to venture outside. Internet was reliable and the HVAC kept us cozy. Radiant floor heaters in the basement were great! Would definitely return to this place any time of year. Can't wait to see what improvements continue to be made in the coming years. Thanks again!

Another fun weekend at the cabin. Good time fishing and being with friends and family. Owners were very responsive to any question I had. I plan to return.

Usually you get to a place and it’s not quite what the pictures show but this was just the opposite… it was better! It was so cozy and peaceful, and the amenities were OUTSTANDING! We loved the nice touches, like the wonderful decor and how there were towels on our beds, fans in every room, and books and games laid out for every area. We will be coming back!

Perfect location for a small intimate gathering or just to book a night to explore the surrounding area. Erik and Betsy are great hosts. Would definitely reconsider rebooking another visit in the future.

It was very relaxing. There was 6 of us, so it was nice to not be on top of each other. Very spacious! We will for sure book it again!

This cabin was very sweet and nestled away on beautiful Nichols Lake. The setting is private and very quiet, though if the other cabins are rented know that there is one cabin directly next door. There are lots of opportunities for relaxing outside and enjoying the North Woods. The cabin is small, but had everything you'd need for a relaxing retreat into the woods! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay on Turtle Lake at Lindsey’s place. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs. It was exactly like the photos and descriptions, spotlessly clean kitchen and bathrooms with cozy bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a number of meals. The grill had extra propane just in case. We took advantage of renting their brand new pontoon and enjoyed sunsets on the lake. The property was private and perfect for relaxing with our pups. All of the toiletries, soap, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies were well stocked which made it so easy to enjoy a week long stay without having to run to the store. We will definitely be back and hope to enjoy their home again next year! Thank you Lindsey & Jamie!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Little Fox Cabin. The cabin was very clean, organized, well supplied, warm, and comfortable. We loved the location on the lake for ice fishing and cross country skiing. The snowmobile trail was at the end of the driveway, which was also fun to ride! Located between Boulder Junction and Presque Isle the other way! We had a great stay! Thank you MaryBeth and John!

This place was sooo accommodating! There were games, music, and all the cookware we needed to plan our meals. Access to the lake was perfect, we took full advantage of the kayaks and paddle board..also brought an extra board from home. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Lake Gogebic.

Enjoyed a peaceful lakeside vacation. Went ice fishing and caught a 24" walleye at night. Perfect weekend and a beautiful view of the lake.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The lake is beautiful and the fall colors around the cabin were breathtaking!

We had a great stay at Twin Rivers Resort! We came up with snowmobiles and had extremely easy access to the trails (no trailering) with many options on where to go. A super cute supper club was just next door with other bars and restaurants easy to access by sled or car ride. A couple of grocery store options within a short drive made things easy. The kitchen had everything you need and the cabin was cozy and relaxing after a long day of riding. Heidi was helpful and responded quickly when we reached out. We hope to return!
