Holiday houses in Goatinstown

Booked last minute. Communication straight away. Very helpful in helping us settle in and provided us with what we needed. Dog latch available. Cabin had everything we needed. Hot water, heat, TV and fridge to cool our drinks. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a few days of peace and quiet.

We stayed at Lisa's house and had a wonderful holiday. There was everything we needed in the house. The house was more beautiful than it looked in the pictures. I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much to Lisa for perfect hosting.

We had a wonderful stay at Bauragegaun Cottage. Denis and Joyce were warm and friendly and the perfect amount of attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had lots of great options for beautiful walks, local sightseeing, restaurants and events. We spent some days sightseeing and others, just working on our writing projects and taking long walks in the countryside and down to the village of Feakle. Feakle is small, but there are nice little local places to buy all the provisions at a reasonable price and of course there are several pubs to choose from. The house was spacious, immaculate and very well equipped. I made several meals in the kitchen with ease. They even had all we needed to pack a picnic. It is an amazing place for peace, calm and beauty. I miss it already.

We stayed here over New Years' for a quiet break with friends away from the seasonal madness. It did not disappoint - located in a gorgeous, peaceful area, it was immediately very easy to relax and unwind. The house was immaculate and rooms were very comfortable. It was very quick to heat up from the January weather and the wood burner gave it a very homely feel. Everything felt like it was brand new and it was obvious a lot of care had been put in to making everything as convenient as possible. Angela gave fantastic communication throughout - exceptionally helpful but not overbearing. It's rare that you find a place where the host really cares about your stay - this is one of those gems. We will definitely be back another time - thanks again!

Clinton was a great host, cottage was very clean and well equipped. He also helped facilitate taxis to and from the wedding venue we were in town for. Highly recommend.

We were home as a family for personal reasons and pretty last minute to book Whiting Stay. So to spend time in this cozy home with lots of space for the kids was pure awesome, the tasteful Xmas decorations made such a difference so we felt right at home. Looking down on the beach with 2 beautiful cloud free days, sunrises, winter steam coming off the sea, surfers up early to catch the morning tide/swell, starry nights …. Our hearts are full. Mai is an incredible host! Her home is so welcoming and beautiful! Her hospitality was top notch! We messaged her looking for an item and 5 minutes later she showed up with it for us! Absolutely incredible, her small little touches and she went above and beyond for us. We are looking at going back very soon. Mai’s property boasts all you could need! It’s very information of what’s in the area and the personal touches meant a great deal to us! Thanks a million once again Mai!
