We had an incredible stay. Ann really made us feel at home, and the house is amazing. Lots of space for a group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The hot tub and pool really made our weekend extra special.

We stayed over the weekend to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday with friends and family, and had a lovely time. The only thing that would have made it better is if we stayed for longer! We bought the cocktail package on Friday night and Laurence provided us each with 4 beautiful cocktails tailored to our requests, along with canapes. Our guests were arriving over the evening and Laurence kept up with making the cocktails for everyone. On Saturday we bought one of the food packages and had beautiful burgers and chips. The food was lovely, and the presentation was stunning. Overall the experience was fantastic. Our welcome basket was a lovely addition as was provided by a local farm shop and even included some cake! The house was beautiful, as were the grounds. Our pups had a great time walking the grounds. We'd love to stay during the summer to experience all of the amenities.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. A hidden gem! A unique property and location - tucked away in a Bristol park. We were 4 friends staying for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved this Airbnb. Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the peaceful setting and enjoyed relaxing by the wood burner in the evenings. Easy to get to great restaurants in Redlands. Friendly and helpful hosts. We’d definitely stay again.

Tranquil location, perfect for anyone hoping to explore the Cotswolds with many great places to visit if you’re looking for a Cotswolds experience. The accommodation was tidy, had great amenities making it a perfect place to stay- it was like a home away from home. The history of the property was also really interesting, and a great added extra!

Lovely property, met our needs well for a large family get together with young children. Well equipped kitchen, gorgeous views. The site itself had all we needed for a great weekend and we added shooting and archery at Cotswold Range next door which was within walking distance and fab afternoon. The spa on site was lovely and the outdoor pool fresh! The kids loved the indoor pool. The on site restaurant was great for our first night there. All in all fabulous.

We had a really lovely stay at Marion's barn conversion. It has a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable sofas - very nice set up, would definitely recommend. We really enjoyed playing tennis on the tennis court. Only disappointment was not being allowed to use the fireplace which hadn't been clear when booking.

Great place just on the edge of central Stow on the Wold. Centre of village is literally minutes away with some excellent pubs and eateries to choose from and lots of nice walks through the beautiful countryside possible. Milk, eggs and a bottle of wine awaited us at check in which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend

Really enjoyed our stay. Charmaine and Andrea were very responsive to all questions asked and were very helpful. The house was immaculate and very cosy. The games room was great fun! I would highly recommend if you wanted a rural getaway with good views.

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. Nikki is a great host; making sure everything was in place and that we had all information on getting set up and how to work things. She was very responsive throughout the stay. The house is comfy, well equipped and great fun.

Excellent location within easy distance of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. Easy to check in and flexible on check in and check out. Very well appointed and kitted out accommodation which was very clean and lacked nothing. Comfortable beds and linens. Very sociable space. Helpful, responsive and informative hosts. The eight of us had a fantastic stay in such a lovely house.

Excellent house for a weekend away with friends - 14 of us including little ones, plus two dogs. Ample living space and bedrooms, kitchen felt a little small when cooking but it’s well stocked and there was plenty of space to sit and eat together. Mark was really helpful, communicated excellently and offered us flexibility with check in/out times which was greatly appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thank you Mark for a great stay!

Debbie's place was a perfect base to explore Upton. spacious yet cosy and well presented. The house is within a stone's throw of many restaurants and pubs and there are good walking routes around the local area.

Phil was great arranging a later checkout, the place was spotless and was in a nice location. easy to find and easy to gain access too. no issues.

Stayed as a stag group this weekend filling the whole house. Nice aesthetics, very clean and a well equipped kitchen. The lounge was the perfect size to fit us all in and the place was private enough to enjoy the time together. Walking distance into town with plenty of pubs and markets as well as a convenience store across the road (it closes at 7pm). We took the train to Leamington Spa on Saturday which was only 10-15 minute walk. Emma was a very accommodating and conscientious host. She is very proud of the property and is very available when we needed some extra parking permits or advice about the location. Obviously not a typical stag location but the property was great and the town itself had some nice pubs for the time we spent there. Most of the guys in the group were considering revisiting for trips with their partners!

Roz was a fantastic host, and extremely helpful. The house was great, perfect for our stay and looked exactly as the photos showed. Super clean and had everything we needed. Great location within Portishead and would 100% recommend staying here. We hope to come back soon!

Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

without a shadow 1 of if not the best value for money places I have stayed at on this site. smashing hosts, lovely well equipped, great sun spot,exquisitely turned out. can not recommend highly enough.

Fantastic location for a family to get together with her adult children. We wanted somewhere spacious with open living and were too bothered about being in a town with facilities. It had everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend and plenty of kitchen equipment for us to cook a full Thanksgiving meal for 12! Only slight criticism was that if you like a lie in in the morning the noise from people in the living area upstairs is pretty loud!

We had an amazing weekend and it was the perfect house and location. As a group of friends it was ideal as all of the bedrooms were ensuite and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only real downside was that the dining table was not large enough for us all to sit around - but we managed. The kitchen was ideal for chatting and shaing snacks whilst dinner was being prepped - a real social space. We loved the games room and had a lot of fun in there. We enjoyed a lovely walk on May Hill and the gardens of the house are beautiful and spaceous. Ultimately if you are looking for a house to share with a large group of people , whether that is family or friends then I / we would recommend.
