The property is accurately described in the listing; large and spacious; well-equipped for meal preparation and entertainment; reliable air-con and internet access; clear line of sight to the ocean and easy access to the beach; short walking distance to downtown Emu Park; several shaded private seating areas outside to find peace and respite.

We really enjoyed this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. Beds are comfortable. Linen was crisp and clean. Tea, coffee, sugar, food wrap, dishwasher pods etc were so very much appreciated. These small details make a big difference for a short family stay. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool and outdoor areas but they were lovely, well maintained and very inviting. Josh and Kirsty were quick to respond to any message and the apartment was easy to find and access. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Josh and Kirsty!!

Perfect waterfront location, near all the restaurants and the huge free infinity pool overlooking the ocean at the rocks which was amazing! What was even better was the very tasteful decor, spacious and bright apartment…we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you! If in Yeppoon again we would definitely try to stay here!

We could not have been happier! The perfect location so close to the Main Street but set peacefully on top of the hill to enjoy the beautiful views. The property was fabulous, nice and spacious, clean and exactly what we were after. The hosts were great, always responsive and provided clear details.

Pamela always presents her house beautifully. It’s a home away from home. Pamela leaves us with a lovely welcoming pack of essentials on arrival which is an awesome thought. She is always so helpful and friendly. A very happy and relaxed family holiday.

My husband and I enjoyed our couple of days at Jennifer's unit. The space is a perfect beach retreat - neat, comfortable, clean and whole place has been newly refurbished. The views are sublime, looking across the bay, Yeppoon and up to Farnborough beach. With only a short stroll down to the beach/bay, we made the most of the location. We met all the neighbours, who welcomed us as old friends. Jennifer's communication was great - checking in if everything met our expectations and offering us further assistance, if required. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. #5star

We really enjoyed our stay, felt right at home and accommodated our needs perfectly. Space was clean, tidy, beautifully presented with all the comforts of home.

Really nice place. We were 2 couples and there was lots of space. Had a great modern kitchen with everything we needed. The outside space was fabulous with an amazing view. Having a bbq was a real bonus as few places seem to have one. We used it 2 nights.. Very steep hill to get up from the town, but we had a car so no problem. Would highly recommend.
