Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Glendale

I love staying here when I visit my childhood hometown. It's a wonderful little spot near to the city festival, park, and university.

Stay was nice and comfortable! The space was cozy and conveniently located about 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon.

Sara is SUPER helpful! They also have a book of recommended places to go and it was very informative. I would definitely stay again.

Exactly what I was looking for! The self checkin was easy, the place was cute, clean and in a perfect location for my needs. Would definitely rent again next time I’m in town.

Everything was fantastic! Loved the layout and all the extras including: stocked appliances for kitchen, tv in bedroom and living room, hot tub, full sized fridge, microwave, stove, parking, electric fireplace, laundry, exercise room with treadmill and free-weights. Bed was very comfortable. Kid(s) upstairs were nice and quiet for us in the mornings. Host is responsive and really went the extra mile. Nice and private. A little tricky to find at first as Maps didn’t realize they were on the other side of the street but reading the addresses cleared that up quickly. Highly recommend as a hub for your Zion and Bryce excursions.

Absolutely loved this stay. Very spacious and in a great location.

This is a comfortable basement apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hosts, Paul and Iann, live upstairs but are scarcely heard. They are the perfect hosts -- incredibly welcoming and helpful. The kitchen is very small, but well-appointed. You are just 40 minutes from Zion, two hours from Bryce Canyon.

Loved staying here. The place looked exactly like the pictures, it was very cozy and cute.

We went here for Christmas! Great place and so beautiful! Very peaceful and private! I’m glad I brought some kitchen supplies because it doesn’t have a lot, but they were clear about that! Mark was very responsive and quick to respond! Would definitely rent again! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and oils, which was really helpful for cooking. Location is perfect and the property is comfortable and very clean.

This is our second time staying at The Barn House. Donna is exceptionally hospitable and kind. This location is peaceful and calm. Fireplace for s’mores during sunset. The loft with beds is good for the kiddos. This location is ideal to be in the middle of getting to either Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon and other small activities that are family friends (sand caves, sand dune, etc).

The place was perfectly located right by the ski resort and it was very well packed with amenities like snacks, cooking items, seasonings, etc. Will definitely book again in future snowboarding trips!

I am a traveling RN and only stayed at the house when I was sleeping, but I LOVED the giant tub & everything was very clean and it had a lot of extra amenities that were helpful. I was able to wash my scrubs while I was there and the fridge had lots of condiments. Great little place in easy to get to location! It has everything you would need!

This was a great place to stay. Easy to get to and find, clean and cozy. Loved how it was decorated and had wood for the fireplace if we wanted a fire. Had extra snacks in case we needed anything. Will recommend for others and stay here again next time. Thank you!!

The condo was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, easily one of the best I’ve encountered at a vacation rental. The entire space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The wood stove was a standout feature—it heated the space quickly and added a cozy touch. The location couldn’t be better, directly across from The Giant Steps. I highly recommend this property!

Scott was fantastic—very responsive and helpful. He provided great recommendations for nearby lifts and suggested a bar/restaurant with live music. My favorite features were the living room, fireplace, and kitchen. The complimentary shuttle service was a nice touch, as it made getting to the lifts very convenient. The only issue I encountered was a loud party upstairs both nights. It sounded like they were moving furniture around and kept us awake. I reached out to Scott about it, and he handled the situation. It’s one of those things that happens, and it’s not his fault. Overall, I would definitely stay again!

Todd’s place is fantastic! Perfect for a family, it’s nicely renovated and loaded with everything you could possibly want for a stay, and Todd is super responsive to any questions. It’s directly across the road from the Giant Steps Lodge area and ski parking, and has a great view of the slopes. Would definitely look to stay here again if we come back to a Brian Head!

The place was perfect for our family's ski trip. The facility has an awesome indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna, as well as plenty of games for kids to keep happy. The actual condo is on the smaller side, but it slept 2 adults and 3 young kids comfortably and had everything we needed. We spent most of our waking time enjoying skiing and the location for this condo can't be beat for skiing for beginners from the Navajo lifts.

Came to Vegas for business but not a favorite city so we rented a car and booked this place. So glad, we drove to Bryce Canyon, Zion and many back roads just to unwind. This rental was a wonderful place to come back, cook, wash up and sleep. Thank you! Highly recommended!!
