The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

The apartment is on the 1st floor. My parents (Rolf & Birgit) live in the lower apartment, greet all guests warmly and make the check-in. The property can only be booked without animals. Absolute smoking ban in the house! Smoking on balcony allowed (close balcony door!). After consultation with my parents, the barbecue area and the garden can be used. My parents are also happy about contact with the guests. In the apartment there are some board games and the like.

The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor from our rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small town of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest.
