On the garden you will have your own private hot tube and infra red sauna. Hot tube can be used all year between 10- 22h. Evenings here are magical because of beautiful sunsets and sounds of nature. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. undermountain #jb15 liegt auf rund 850m seehöhe und befindet sie in einer alleinlage am waldrand. in der nähe befindet sich noch eine unbewohnte hütte. du bist nur 500m von der nächsten öffentlichen straße entfernt, dafür aber gefühlt kilometerweit von der zivilisation. früh morgens wenn du deine augen öffnest siehst du mit etwas glück einen kleinen fuchs oder ein paar rehe vorbeiziehen. es wird malerisch, fast schon kitschig;)
