A wonderful experience! Olivia and Maurizio were impeccable homeowners: always available, friendly and ready to solve any need. We had a couple of small issues, but they were resolved extremely quickly and professionally. The house is really comfortable, furnished with care and equipped with every accessory you could want. The attention to detail and the desire to make guests feel at ease is evident. Highly recommended for those looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay!

Our stay (with 2 very young children) in this beautiful cottage was a real relief. Located in an idyllic setting, the location exudes tranquility and nature. The house itself was brand clean and taken care of to the last detail. Lamberto's hospitality was top - from the moment of arrival to departure, we felt more than welcome. The house was also equipped with every comfort, even toys for the children were thought of. The village itself is very quiet, almost deserted, but precisely because of that you will experience an unprecedented silence and relaxation here. It is a great base for all kinds of beautiful excursions in the area. Finally, there is a charming, authentic restaurant in the village (Parkkeller). The food is delicious and the atmosphere cozy, perfect for a cozy dinner after a day of adventure.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

What to say about Nadia's house… perhaps the most suitable thing is a return to the past when as children we went to the classic mountain houses with their smells and silences. Nadia's house is a 360º experience, because the house is warm and welcoming, it is quiet and has a spectacular view, especially in the evening over the valley. The fireplace then makes it magical as soon as it is lit. Nadia incredibly anticipates your every possible need and helps you with her availability. But what we think made everything 10 stars were also the incredible people we met. From the gentleman at the market, always kind and helpful, to Loredana at the “Rustica” butcher shop, whose husband brought us to his house giving us wood for the fireplace and embers (of course at home he also offered me a glass of wine) and she who booked the restaurant and whose meat is absolutely worth trying because it's special. In short, I highly recommend it and if we come back, it will obviously be here.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach of Scerne di Roseto, ideal for those who love to wake up with the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Roberto was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very central and close to the beach. Barbara is very warm and very responsive. She even prepared some toys for our little one. Would definitely stay there again!

Katia and Francesco immediately proved to be two friendly and cordial people who advised us on activities and places to visit in the area. The house is furnished with new furniture and in perfect condition, equipped with every comfort and everything that each of us has in our own apartment, but above all we found impeccable cleanliness. Convenient parking space inside the property, in 5 minutes on foot you reach the beach, both equipped beach and very large and well-kept free beach. Nearby there is every kind of store. The initiatives of the various municipalities to entertain tourists are also excellent. There is also a lot to visit in the hinterland. Abruzzo is really nice and convenient to visit. A special mention for Katia's dad, a really lovely person.

Another great stay at Alessio’s place. Love staying here. Alessio is the most wonderful host, and the location of the apartment is perfect. The beach is at the end of the road. One of the best ice cream places round the corner in the next road. Two minutes walk to the Tigre and other shops. Few more minutes to the restaurants and bars. Alessio is so kind, thoughtful and accommodating to ensure we have the best stay. Thank you and can’t wait to come back again.

Monia was very nice, friendly and always available for us. The place is as described in the photos and equipped with everything necessary. Everything is easily accessible on foot.

Donatella's house was more comfortable and immaculately clean than we expected. It was an original apartment with magnificent ceilings renovated on a historical and magnificent street. The kitchen had every opportunity to cook. The dishwasher was also perfect. The beds in both bedrooms of the house were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were new and very clean. There were a lot of cafe restaurants to eat around. We were satisfied with the places recommended byonatella. We had no problems with communication and she immediately got back to us with every question. We recommend it for those who are looking for a comfortable, quiet place. It was one of the most beautiful houses to stay in L 'aquıla.

Guido was amazing, very flexible on our arrival time and his place had everything, super roomy and beautiful place. Couldn't ask for anything else, we were so humbled to stay in his once family home. The area and location super easy to walk to the amazing beach and the city center and all great restaurants. Guido was super helpful on tips and places to visit. Overall if your looking for a place to stay in Pescara his place is the place to stay. Beautiful fruit and vegetable store right outside the Airbnb and just a beautiful city to visit. Thank you Guido for all your support and please thank Christina as well she is a darling. Fabulous Airbnb guys we highly recommend it and super quiet for the rest at the evening. We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we were with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours having arrived late in the evening after work… the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ thank you very much.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. I booked for a business trip, when I arrived it was much better than the description says, completely modern apartment and many amenities included, really very nice and located just a stone's throw from the sea, I'd take it without so much as a second thought, if I ever have to go back to Martinsicuro I will definitely look for Lancette House!!!

Alessandro is an immediately available, kind and efficient host. Perfectly accompanied welcome and stay. The apartment is lovely and complete with every comfort. We parked the car under the building and rented bikes that we could store in the yard and with which it was easy and pleasant to get around to go to the beach or downtown thanks to the nearby bike paths. The double bathroom and air conditioning are a must for the accommodation. We felt at home. I highly recommend it especially for long stays. All around the neighborhood full of shops and restaurants even within walking distance. Completely comfortable with a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. Thank you Alessandro!

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.
