A beautiful experience! Olivia and Maurizio were impeccable homeowners: always available, friendly and ready to solve any need. We had a couple of small inconveniences, but they were resolved with extreme speed and professionalism. The house is really comfortable, furnished with care and equipped with every accessory you might want. The attention to detail and a desire to make guests feel comfortable is evident. Highly recommended for those looking for a pleasant and carefree stay!

Our stay (with 2 very young children) in this beautiful cottage was a real relief. Located in an idyllic setting, the location exudes tranquility and nature. The house itself was brand clean and taken care of to the last detail. Lamberto's hospitality was top - from the moment of arrival to departure, we felt more than welcome. The house was also equipped with every comfort, even toys for the children were thought of. The village itself is very quiet, almost deserted, but precisely because of that you will experience an unprecedented silence and relaxation here. It is a great base for all kinds of beautiful excursions in the area. Finally, there is a charming, authentic restaurant in the village (Parkkeller). The food is delicious and the atmosphere cozy, perfect for a cozy dinner after a day of adventure.

What to say about Nadia's house... maybe the most suitable thing is a return to the past when as children you went to classic mountain houses with their smells and silences. Nadia's house is a 360-degree experience, because the house is warm and cozy, quiet and has a spectacular view, especially in the evening of the valley. The fireplace then makes it, just on, magical. Nadia incredibly anticipates your every possible need and helps you with its availability. But what we think made everything from 10 stars was also the incredible people we found. From the gentleman of the market, always nice and available in Loredana, of the "Rustica" butcher, whose husband took us to his house by giving us wood for the fireplace and the grill (of course he also offered me a glass of wine at home) and she who booked us the restaurant and whose meat is to be tried absolutely because it is special. In short, I highly recommend it and if we come back it will of course be here.

We had an amazing stay at Illy’s place. The house is very well laid out inside and the pool area was beautiful.

Adriana is a beautiful person, the house is perfectly clean and very comfortable. If you need you provide extra blankets or linens. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is very complete and equipped. The balcony is also nice, quiet and sunny. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can also walk to the supermarkets. It is close to Mac Donald's and also to the hospital.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from Scerne di Roseto beach, ideal for those who like to wake up to the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is extremely clean and well cared for. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spaces are comfortable and cozy. Roberto was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

A few pleasant days in the small apartment well equipped and ideally located in Montesilvano (10 minutes walk from the sea). Quiet neighborhood and all nearby businesses. Communication with Daniel was perfect and he is very responsive when you need something. I would highly recommend it

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very central and close to the beach. Barbara is very warm and very responsive. She even prepared some toys for our little one. Would definitely stay there again!

Katia and Francesco immediately proved to be two friendly and friendly people who advised us on activities and places to visit in the area. The house is furnished with new furniture in perfect condition, equipped with every comfort and everything that each of us has in our apartment, but above all we found impeccable cleanliness. The parking space inside the owner is convenient, in a 5-minute walk you can reach the beach, both an equipped beach and a very large and well-maintained free beach. There are all kinds of shops nearby. Also great are the initiatives of the various municipalities to entertain tourists. There is also so much to visit in the hinterland. Abruzzo is really nice and convenient to visit. A special mention for Katia's father, a truly exquisite person.

Another great stay at Alessio’s place. Love staying here. Alessio is the most wonderful host, and the location of the apartment is perfect. The beach is at the end of the road. One of the best ice cream places round the corner in the next road. Two minutes walk to the Tigre and other shops. Few more minutes to the restaurants and bars. Alessio is so kind, thoughtful and accommodating to ensure we have the best stay. Thank you and can’t wait to come back again.

I stayed for 4 weeks and it was great for one person. It’s a small apt with everything you need, in a great location. Elena was a great hostess with excellent communication.

We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we stayed with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours since we arrived late at night after work... the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ Thank you very much.

A cozy, quiet apartment close to good coffee bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Alessandro an immediately available, kind and efficient host. Welcome and stay accompanied to perfection. The apartment is adorable and complete with all comforts. We parked the car under the building and rented bikes that we can store in the courtyard and with which it was easy and pleasant to get around to the beach or downtown thanks to the nearby bike paths. The double bathroom and air conditioning is the must of the accommodation. We felt at home. I highly recommend especially for longer stays. All around the neighborhood full of shops and restaurants reachable even on foot. Completely comfortable with a one and a half year old baby. Thank you Alessandro!

Awesome place to recover your mental health. The view is unbelievable! We stayed here for about a month and it was sad to leave. My wife and I spent happy time here. We will definitely come back. Francesco is a great owner, probably one of the best we’ve met so far.
