Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gilly-sur-Isère

We had a great weekend, the house is superb and the location very pleasant. I saw in the comments that some complained about the noise of the creek, as far as we are concerned it absolutely did not bother us on the contrary. We'll be happy to come back, thanks for everything

We had a great weekend with the family in a superb quiet chalet with a beautiful view! Very clean, well-equipped and spacious. Great welcome, with the very nice bed linen and towels.

We really had a great time in Chanaz, Emmanuel's house is really very beautiful, and very nice in summer because the ground floor is very cool! We were very well received, even with a vegetable crate from the garden, a treat. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

We had a great time staying at the place and would definitely stay here again anytime. :-) Communication with the landlords was great. Marie responded in a timely manner and is very friendly. She was very helpful in all matters and gave us helpful tips for excursions and restaurant recommendations. Wifi worked well. The accommodation has everything you need and is described in the listing. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are clean and there is a small hair dryer in both bathrooms. The accommodation is great all around and the surrounding area is also very nice with the wooden look. We were there in winter. There is a free ski bus within walking distance with some effort. If you go in winter, you may want to bring a sled. There were sun loungers at the property to sunbathe outside. Had a great time! Many thanks to Marie and Philippe!

Sarah and Claude were very welcoming even before we arrive. They welcomed us at the check-in giving us a lovely gift, plent of tips, instructions on how stuffs worked in the house, etc We spend Christmas week and the house had everything we needed to cook, the rooms were big and comfortable. We do recommend staying at Les Gites de la Forge.

A Lovely place for the hollidays, the House is fully equiped. A typical alpine village with all the store nearby. It’s possible to do booth activity: skying and cross country Skying. Everything could be done without a car.

We stayed in the apartment for a week for our ski trip, Fabrice had already fixed our ski passes and gave some good recommendations for ski rental. The apartment was cozy, some boardgames were available which we enjoyed and a beautiful view of the mountains. The closest ski lift was walkable, with lockers in the apartment hallway for our ski gear. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place to stay in Megeve. A few meters from a bus stop that leaves you walking from the ski slope. It has many amenities: proximity ski slopes, sauna, indoor pool, gym, ski guard, covered parking,… Natasha responds very quickly and has been helpful and friendly. We recommend staying in this beautiful apartment. We will be back.

A very nice week spent in Guillaume's place, which perfectly matched the description. Everything was perfectly detailed to us before arrival and before our departure, we found a very clean, spacious and functional accommodation. The view was a nice advantage too. We can only recommend the place!

The apartment is vey comfy and spacious. Rooms are cosy and the kitchen is well equipped. The only downsides were the fact that the TV was not properly working (at least we couldn't turn it on). As a heads-up the outside balcony can be super slippery with the snow, but Michele was super responsive and helpful anytime we needed.

Great stay with my friends, was close to everything so recommended if you were to stay in Val Thorens so stay here! Very clean and was very easy check in / check out too!

The apartment was perfect for 5 of us. Really well kitted out, great layout, comfortable beds and good shower. We loved being walking distance from the lift, pub, shop - which meant we could come and go as we pleased and the kids could walk back for to the lift, shop. The apartment was well kitted out with equipment, especially in the kitchen and had a great layout - in a U shape with the kitchen/dinning area on one side and the living area on the other. It was modern in feel and everything worked well.

It was a cosy and comfortable stay - v close to the bus stop for the ski slopes and walkable distance from amenities, including Bettex cable car.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. Marianne was very thoughtful with a tree on when we arrived, the kids were thrilled! Everything was impeccable in the house which is very spacious. There were 7 of us including 3 children and two more small dogs and we didn't walk on them, everyone could have their own space. Close to the St François longchamp ski resort 30 min away, recommended by Marianne. Great for teaching kids skiing And finally the point that was most important for us was to find a house that accepts dogs ( and it's increasingly rare), again a big thank you to Marianne.

The stay was at the top from start to finish! Modern and warm house, quiet with a superb overview. As for the host, Mokhliss, it's just amazing!!! Exceptionally kind!! Very responsive and attentive to her guests. To give you an example: At our request, he lit the fireplace ( yes there is a fireplace!) in the evening before our arrival at the accommodation.😍 i recommend it 100%!!! Thanks for all Mokhliss!! 😉👌
