Accommodation was spacious and homely with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host responded quickly to messages and was very amenable. Loved the artwork and the sound system. Would recommend.

We had a delightful stay in the converted barn. It was so impressive to see the photos of Angela and Wayne's efforts in the instruction book and really appreciated all the information and communication provided. Beds were comfortable, we were warm and all amenities were perfect for what we needed. We definitely want to return one day and will recommend to friends!

We had a lovely stay at Orchard Barn, which was well-equipped, spotless and cosy - a perfect place to unwind and also conveniently close to Windermere, Ambleside etc. Ruby has been a great host: really great comms throughout and the place was warm and comfy when we arrived. Superb host, and a great little country hideaway.

A really beautiful cabin, super cute and a clean place to stay. We woke up for the sunrise with animals to look at. This was my favourite part. The hot tub was really nice and the cabin had everything you could need. The destination is a bit further more remote from most the popular places in the Lake District. However, this did not affect our stay as there is a town nearby and lots of walks. Also, it is only a drive away to more popular towns where you can drive through the beautiful countryside. An absolutely lovely little house. Extremely comfortable and clean and like being at a second home. It’s a quick walk to lots of pubs, restaurants and the lake. We Managed to get a free parking space outside the house, which was so handy to unload our bags. Liam was great with messages and offering any advice. All the details for the home were helpful and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Lake District, as it’s an amazing base to the rest of the beautiful villages and scenery.

We absolutely loved our Christmas at Seaglass Cottage. The hosts were great, answered any questions, gave us detailed instructions for check-in and even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us. We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying walks along the beach right outside, we even found some seaglass (we felt like children!). The property was very clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, the kitchen had everything you might need, very clean bathroom and handy downstairs loo. Every evening we would sit in the cosy conservatory enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun go down, people walking along the beachpath with their dogs and then into the lounge for a real log fire. It was perfect and we can't wait to return!

Three families had a wonderful weekend. Kids had the best hide and seek sessions in the big rambling house, lots of space for resting chatting cooking and playing, hot tub and excellent bonus. Kitchen was the best stocked we've ever seen. Thank you!
