Juan Pablo's apartment is really well located, you can really do everything but really everything on foot . clean apartment, matches photos and the host is available by phone in an issue. It felt right at home. I would like to recommend it again in a second.

Laura was really helpful. I came here as an Erasmus student looking for a place to rent and had to stay at an Airbnb for some days. Laura really helped me out and made me feel safe and not alone. She’s truly the best. Kind and friendly as well as caring she’s the best host you could ask for.

The apartment was wider than we thought. everything clean, close to many places of interest. Carolina was always helpful. I would recommend it without a doubt.

Magnificent stay thanks to Susana, who not only cared to ensure a flexible entrance, but was also very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is ideal for couples and the location is in the middle of a neighborhood full of life, restaurants and things to do. With Gran Vía a few minutes walk and several public transport accesses a few minutes away.

Enrique's place was wonderful to stay at! Located quite centrally, we loved being a short walk away from some of Madrid's most famous spots. The place was convenient and was perfect for the two of us but may be a little tighter for groups of 4. Check-in was easy and we found everything we needed in the flat. Noise can be heard from the street below but it was never loud enough to bother us. Thank you for an amazing stay!

There is everything you may need, gel and shampoo, coffee, infusions, toilet paper, napkins, soap, scouring...no detail is missing. It was perfect for our stay in Madrid, super central. The house is as described and seen in the listing, very comfortable, very easy to get to and in a beautiful area, we had the heating set upon arrival which was very grateful, the kitchen has everything, the bathrooms well equipped and the beds very comfortable. It's a large house ideal for families. We would do it again without any hesitation.

Spacious and thoughtful house with all the things that make you the most comfortable trip! Ideal location, nearby you find movement of restaurants and shops, but you sleep in complete silence. The mattresses were comparable to a 5-star hotel. Juan has been tremendously attentive.

the house great, much better than the photos, has a patio mogollón. We went to spend an end of the year there a group of 9 people and we were at home, we had a lot of intimacy and since there were not many houses nearby we could be inside the house with music with no problem disturbing any neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds with a lot of blankets that were super warm. Marco and his family are very friendly, we will definitely come back in summer so we can enjoy the patio and the pool

IF THE HOUSE IS VERY GOOD, THE LOCATION EXELENTE, A VERY NICE PLACE TO WALK ALTHOUGH I GET THE RAIN, THE HOUSE WAS AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS EVERYTHING GREAT, THE PERSON IN CHARGE VERY ATTENTIVE AND RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES, TO PUT ON BUT THE ONLY QE GAVE US A LITTLE PROBLEM WAS THE SHOWER THAT HAD LITTLE PRESSURE AND THE HOT WATER CHANGED COLD WHEN I WANTED HAHAHAHA BUT GOOD IF WE REALLY LIKED THE HOUSE WE RECOMMEND IT 100/100 AND VOLVERMOS WITHOUT THINKING BUT YOU SEE IN VERANITO. Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Liron was such a good host - provided great recommendations, super easy to communicate with and very flexible accommodating our check-in! The place is in a great neighborhood, easily walkable to a ton of stuff, definitely recommend!
