We had an amazing stay at Giovanni’s house, where we spent 6 wonderful days and celebrated the New Year. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Giovanni was an excellent host, responsive and helpful, ensuring our experience was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful 4 weeks at Stefano’s place. The views are amazing and very unique in this area. We enjoyed great hikes between our work days and slept very good because it is really quiet. There was not much to do close by and for shopping you need to drive to Como which is a 20 minute drive. We love to come back sometime! Thanks again Stefano!

We had an amazing time at Stefano’s villa. The villa was in great condition and the views were even better than expected. We had a quick walk from the train station in Como which was no problem for us and our adult children. The villa was better than the pictures and exceeded our expectations. It was a great place for us to all be together; having coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon, great views to enjoy the beauty of Como.

We were 8 friends staying in this fabulous villa to discover Milan. Located 30 minutes from Milan and 30 minutes from Lake Como, it was the right compromise for us, if you have a vehicle. The accommodation was as pictured, perfectly as described. The instructions were very well explained for self-check-in, very easy to access. Parking is available in the underground garage. The interior is very spacious, ideal for large groups/families. The house was clean and all the amenities listed were present and functional. The setting is very peaceful, no noise from the neighborhood, very little traffic on the road, with the park in front of the house. And the hosts were very responsive by message for any questions. Thank you for the easy access, this beautiful well-maintained house, for your responsiveness and kindness. And for all these reasons mentioned, I highly recommend this listing. I booked the full villa with some colleagues and we had a lot of fun. The kitchen is big and with a lot of space, garden and pool are great for children and adults

Beautiful view! The house looked the same as the pictures. Daniel was an excellent host and very responsive! I would only say if you have a lot of heavy luggage this would not be the place for you. The walkway to get to the house is VERY steep. And was even more dangerous when wet. The town was very cute but limited. I definitely recommend buying some groceries before you arrive. Overall it was a beautiful house and we loved our stay!

It’s spacious enough for 11 people to gather comfortably around the dining table or in the living room. The bedrooms were large, and the lower level includes a pool and a gym. The only challenge was finding the place — it’s a bit tucked away from the road, and the path leading up to the house looks like an old cobblestone walkway, not a proper road. We also experienced a delayed response when we needed an extra set of bed linens for guests sharing a double bed — unfortunately, we didn’t receive it until the following day. Otherwise, we highly recommend hiring a private chef during your stay! We used Roberta from Domestic Academy Como, who arranged both meals and a cooking class for us — and it was amazing. There are also several charming restaurants in the center of Canzo that are worth visiting.

Great for families and very welcoming and friendly hosts. Breakfast was perfect and Sonia's wellness offering - we tried the hot stone massage - was a great addition to the trip. Highly recommend!

With a group of ten people we had a fantastic stay at the beautiful authentic villa. The house has all the comforts and clean. Cristina is a super host who was available for questions both before and during the stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ceasar and neighbor Timo was always available for questions. The only point of attention is that you are awakened every morning at 7 a.m. by the bells of the (also beautiful) church next to the villa. On Sunday morning, however, there was a beautiful church song opposite, which we enjoyed from the lovely swimming pool.

Luigi's place was dreamy! I've never been to such a clean house and Luigi has responded to every request and responded very quickly. I would come back anytime.

Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Giovanni’s villa is a unique space with fantastic views of Lake Cómo. Space was comfortable and had good amenities. We needed a parking spot for our car and having a garage was perfect.
