House holiday rentals in Germantown, Nashville

Tricia's apartment is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Nashville! It's within walking distance of great restaurants but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Broadway Street to enjoy a peaceful stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the thoughtful décor added to the charm of the place. We stayed with our dog and had a wonderful time. We're absolutely certain we'll return to Tricia's place in the future!

Sara was a great host. We had a great stay and enjoyed all the house had to offer. We would love to stay again.

The house was very accommodating. Was bigger than I was able to envision from the pictures. I would definitely recommend and would come stay again. Hosts were very responsive to all questions.

Place was clean and private, everything worked and the pool was great to take a dip in between the activities we had planned. Cozy space, close to restaurants. Comfortable king bed and clean bathroom. The heat pump wasn't working the first night but Nealy called a repair company the next morning. Would come back for sure!

I had a 6 day stay for work training during the snow week. Steph was very gracious in accepting my reservation at the last minute! This home is clean, very cute & well decorated in a retro 70’s vibe and cozy with all the conveniences of home. All bedrooms have a nice sized TV & are lovely! The king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and even the bathroom is conveniently stocked with toiletries that you may have forgotten to bring and a first aid kit. This came in handy for sure! I enjoyed using the flex space as an office and it can double as a get ready makeup area . The host Steph was very polite and responsive. I had to cut my trip short and Steph was very helpful in making the reservation adjustments.

Joe & Lori's place is just charming! Loved all the country and western decor and history - very, very homey! Thanks so much!

The air bnb was small but perfect for what we needed. We were able to easily come and go. It was quiet and simple. Perfect for what we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bill and Vicki's home! I picked their listing as it was dog friendly and was in a great location. Unfortunately, I became sick and had to delay our trip. Bill and Vicki were extremely accomodating with the change in our reservation. My dogs loved the beautiful home and were sad that we weren't staying longer. The home was clean and spacious and in a friendly, safe neighborhood. We were very impressed with the listing and would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect clean house with all the amenities promised. Beds were great. Plenty of room for the whole family including toddlers. Some minor recommendations: a few faucets and switches were backwards and should be so noted; some more tea spoons and a larger fry pan are needed. You should but a note by the fireplace that it does not work. We would definitely stay again if we wind up in Nashville. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great Thanksgiving Weekend in Nashville! Such a great rental that accommodated our family. Location is great, rental was so so clean. Felt safe, walked around Geodis park, what a fun area. Game room a plus. Fans in the closet of every bedroom a plus as it was warm that weekend. Would definitely recommend!

this place was amazing! Jeff was super responsive and answered every question. He was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The house was really really nice. It was comfortable. Plenty of space close to everything yet. Far away from the craziness of Broadway lol. I would give this place 10 stars if I could and I will be staying there again when I go to Nashville!

Perfect house! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short uber to downtown Nashville which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

The Red House is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a Kroger market close by. The house is close to the airport which is a plus for an early morning flight. It did take us about 25 minutes to drive to downtown but we enjoyed being away from the busy downtown. Terje was always available to answer questions.

We loved this place! The house is located 5-10 min walk from the medical center and plenty of restaurants to chose from! Two designated parking spots and plenty of street parking available. Quiet area, walkable! We absolutely loved the house. Older house but completely updated and with a lot of character! Rooms were spacious, large bathrooms, a lot of toiletries and stuff you need in a bathroom available. Kitchen is large with a large island and plenty of seating. Everything you needed was available. There was water in the fridge and coffee pods available and some snacks if you arrive hungry! There is also a dining room and a sitting room … to accommodate larger parties. Plenty of entertainment in the house! We will be back to this gem if we come back to Nashville!

I went to Nashville with my mom and brother. We were busy each day. The home we stayed in was the perfect location…no more than 10-15 minutes from anywhere we needed. The home was as described. It was clean and had all we needed. Tiffany and Osman were in contact with us at all phases. They gave local recommendations and were friendly in all communication. We would definitely choose to stay here again when in Nashville!

Nathan hosted our dance team while we were in town for a dance convention. This home surpassed all expectations. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would absolutely recommend staying and will absolutely book again if our group returns to Nashville. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had!
