I only arrived in the evening and was warmly welcomed. The room was very nicely decorated and offered everything that was necessary. I highly recommend Edelgard as a host.

Small but fine! We were warmly welcomed by Benjamin and felt very comfortable. The apartment is clean and it has everything you need. The location in the SI center is great for a musical visit and the subway is right behind the house for a trip to downtown. Glad to come back!

Highly recommended! The apartment is modernly and smartly equipped with high quality home appliances. Hill view is just outside the balcony. Safe community with neighbors being doctors and professors (inferred from the name stickers on the main door lol). Heating system is woking with high efficiency and quickly warms the entire rooms. Just a burdensome-less ten-minute walk can be expected to get connected to the historic areas in old town Tübingen. Note to Marvin: better to install a curtain at least in the bedroom because early sunshine may not be much friendly for a late wake-up lol.

Excellent 2-room apartment as described, with everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Sonja and her husband are great hosts, the welcome beer in the fridge was a great surprise.

I stayed with Nicole for 10 days in December. The property is very, very cozy, quiet in a good location to Ludwigsburg. (Used a car!) I felt very comfortable. Could work well and sleep well. The apartment is very bright and friendly and warm and, as I said, very cozy. I would love to come again. Unfortunately, the place is a bit too expensive for me on my own. I hope it works out again...

We from the Junge Ensemble Stuttgart have accommodated one of our guest actors with Manuel. This one felt very comfortable in the apartment and Manuel was always very nice and helpful. Glad to come back!

This stay is unique. Everything, really everything and more you need is present. We felt very good in this house. Slept well, everything is super clean and the house is cozy. We were welcomed by Bernd's wife, what a sweetheart. Explanation of where we could eat and on our son's birthday she had baked fresh cookies. In addition, some groceries such as fruit, chocolate, milk, coffee, tea and a cupboard full of herbs were ready for us. If we go back to Stuttgart, we will also come back here. House is close to the station, from Korntal to Stuttgart 15 minutes by S-Bahn. Our son loves cars, so you can indulge yourself in Stuttgart and its surroundings. Motorworld at the Ferrari dealer is also recommended. Then good food in Stuttgart or surroundings. Had a really nice time!

Really a great place to stay where you can relax and unwind. Everything was nice and clean and you immediately felt at home.

We were in Stuttgart with a really big group for a weekend. With Sebastian's apartment and another part of the apartment above (thank you Dominik), we had an ideal place to stay. Sebastian was very helpful and made our stay pleasant. Highly recommended!

To summarise, Panoramablick apartment is simply wonderful and we couldn't recommend it more highly if we tried. Clear, precise instructions were sent before we arrived and the key was easy to locate at check in. We were thrilled with the apartment - Andreas has thought of absolutely everything and anything a guest could need and more. It was so comfortable , clean, homely and relaxing. There's something on the huge bookshelves to entertain all ages; from toys for children and books for all ages. I even got the chance to refresh my German with a couple of the books on the shelf! And, of course, who couldn't fall in love with the breathtaking view from the balcony? We were so sad when our short stay at Panoramablick came to an end and wish we could have stayed longer - we would love to go back. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment.

Cozy place, would book again!

It was an absolutely successful getaway. We enjoyed the break from everyday life in this wonderful apartment, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We enjoyed it very much.

Sabina's home was exactly as expected! The home was spotless and roomy!! Plenty of space for a large group! Sabina was an exceptional host! She was quick to respond to questions and willing to give suggestions and ideas! The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe there!

We were in Phillips Airbnb as a group, with 6 we had enough space. The Airbnb was clean and well located. If we are in Stuttgart again, we will visit Airbnb again! Thanks for the trust Phillip!
