The house is better than the photos, bigger and better view, good location, the playa do canto for my taste the best, close to restaurant but with the silence necessary to rest, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the house is spectacular!!! Detail to be clarified, the person from the "toilet" does not make toilets prepare breakfast and lunch, for 300 reais!! It would have been good to know sooner to make an informed decision. The first floor bathrooms had a bad smell, we cleaned them and the smell passed. But they were minor details for the spectacular of the place!!

What a wonderful and cozy house, it has everything we need and we feel at home! It was perfect and we will come back again for sure! O Alisson (homemade) super helpful, went every day to remove the trash and clean the pool. The super clean and aired house, Glaucia always available and willing to respond to us. Gated community, super quiet. The house is between búzios and Cabo Frio, for us it was perfect!

The stay at the place was great and fulfilled what you promised. Patrick said that they are working to improve the space, such as the deck that needs renovation, having network for guests would also do very well. The issue that really upset was the fact that the employees entered without prior notice, they are very nice people, but in order for it to really be a stay with privacy in my view, the time of the boy who takes care of the pool has to be notified in advance. We were taken by surprise every day, when we saw he was already there, I with two teenagers wanted to leave and I was not comfortable leaving them, so my husband needed to stay in the house and could not go to the beach with us because he arrived exactly when we were leaving. There needed to be an extension of the checkout due to lack of organization on the part of the hosts and with this our time was extended to 12:00 pm, but the cleaning employee arrived at 10:50 to start cleaning, it was boring. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this stay to anyone. Great location. Great for small groups or family. Fully stocked kitchen. Would absolutely stay again!

Thank you very much for the kindness of Marcelo and Margarete and for allowing us to enjoy that beautiful house in Búzios. The views of the house and the facilities are very good. The decorations in the house really liked us all. A very cozy house. Italmar takes too long to respond to messages and on the 4 day I contact me very early to tell me that we broke 3 cups and that we should pay them. I think I could skip the comment for a 4 day and at that time of the morning and let us know the price on the last day of the stay. we pay them without inconvenience. Italmar did not consider the following: -Do run the dishwasher on the 3rd day. -The grill and light gave an electric shock to one of the guests. -The living room light didn't work and they never changed it. -The day of our arrival Margarete and Marcelo were admired at seeing 12 guests. (6 adults and 6 children 6,4,4,8,8,8 years old). In the conversations with Italmar it was clarified in advance and I already knew the situation.

i was extremely pleased with the stay at the house of Dona Neiva,it offers exactly what is in the listing...the house has good location,easy access,plenty of commerce and very accessible to other locations...I thank you from now on the way that Mrs. Neiva and her husband have always welcomed us kindly and with good will.

I was impressed with the extremely clean and organized beach, the stay was quiet, we were very well served, we intend to return again because Mr. Maurício is a very attentive person. The Location is extraordinary, we sleep with the sound of the sea and outside that has Wi-Fi .

Excellent location and response of Romao. We didn't use kitchen stuff like coffee maker etc to know if they were really in good condition but it would seem so. The location I think is the best point of the apartment.

Second time staying at Carolina's apartment and I hope to come back more often. The location is privileged, in the heart of the city, a few minutes walk from the street of stones and bardot waterfront. There is market, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The condominium is very quiet, great place to rest and renew energy.

The suite is as described in the listing. Everything you need to spend a great stay. Air conditioning was very helpful for hot days. It's close to some beaches and the downtown area so you can walk to it. Leandro and his mom super friendly and dedicated, we even arrived sooner than agreed and welcomed us without a problem. We will definitely be back!

The place is impeccable , beautiful apartment, it is just as it is and nicer than what is in the photos, it has everything to feel very comfortable, the attention of the condominium is excellent, you have everything to spend an incredible few days.

We were with my family for 11 days and have an amazing experience. The is wonderful house. Super equipped, impeccable comfortable and close to downtown, literal on the way back from the condominium, and all the activities that could be done in Buzios. The place is quiet and safe. Afonso and Leda are super friendly and very well prepared. You can go to the most important beaches walking. We will definitely be back.

The place is really beautiful. The only problem I had was the delay in the chekin, because when we arrived the place they were still sorting, we entered around 3:30pm at the site. What bothered us was that we had no apology for it. The house is beautiful, has some points in need of maintenance, the lockers of the sweeping are bad and with mold on the bottom and some burnt lamps, in the bathroom is leaking water underneath. None of these problems hindered our trip as the location is actually very beautiful

The great apartment for the family, condominium with a lot of leisure option next to the club and a very quiet space. The apartment is great, very nice, it was super clean, cozy. The very organized condominium, clean pool! Very quiet stop to walk to both the beach and the local shops. It is easy access to other locations such as Rua dos Bikínis, Canal and Praia do Forte. For families the Peró is a great option, calmer sea for children the beach is beautiful, and still has the beach of Conchas that is also nearby. We vary the rides between car and foot very easily.
