Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Spacious against south-west, there is sun here from morning to evening. The partly spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmischer Zugspitze and the tranquil secluded location on the edge of the forest form a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was remodeled by an award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is directly in front of the apartment.

For short walkers, Königsdorf is the ideal destination. It is 36 km to Munich in the north and only 13 km to the spa town of Bad Tölz in the south. In summer, numerous forest and meadow trails invite you to cycle and hike, as well as the bathing area at the Bibisee to relax. During the winter, hiking is also impressive and cross-country skiers also come to the groomed trails. Vacation home in quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out to a sofa bed where 2 children or one adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, cozy folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and the mountains in the other direction. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the lake.

Our with love, newly renovated apartment, is idyllically located in the small settlement Wachlehen about 3 km from the city of Miesbach. It is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with access to the west terrace. The two bedrooms have a box spring bed. Ideal for a Kl. Family or 2 friends. To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. Not really bad, but I would like to point it out.
