I spent 3 weeks in this apartment and it was very cozy, stylish and has a good energy in it. I felt at home here) the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable life, and the owner Beka responded to all my requests, I asked to bring me a big mirror and he immediately did it) I wish I will stay in it again!

We recently stayed in this apartment, and I’d like to share my impressions. First of all, the apartment turned out to be even better than in the photos! The apartment was spotless upon arrival, which was a huge relief. Everything in the kitchen was fully equipped and functional, which is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking at home. The landlord was very responsive and always available, providing a detailed overview of everything we needed to know and quickly addressing any questions that came up. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to rent!

Our stay here was fantastic. The character of the house, the cute details in the apartment, the view on the mountains with daylight coming through the windows all the time - we felt like we are living in our own home. Everything was available, and Papuna was kindly and quickly replying to all our questions. If we could, we would definitely come here again and stay even longer that time. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

Also during our second stay in this apartment everything was great. We were able to park right in front of the house for free, had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable again. Cotne is a superb host. It is an unbeatable offer in Tbilisi. We will be happy to come back!

We had really short stay, but our host was amazing and let somebody to wait for us to get in at 1:30AM. House is absolutely great, if you are travelling to Kutaise, just book it!

the apartment has a good location, a nice view from the balcony, the price is adequate. If you're flying from Kutaisi, it's a beautiful place to stay.

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

Nino is extremely helpful and and sorted all that we needed without issue. Highly recommend.
