Villa holiday rentals in Georgetown

We were there with our Kids & grandkids and it worked out GREAT. The playroom, zip line and pickle ball were HUGE hits!

Paul was and his Wife were awesome! We had been in contact with them since May in order to have our wedding at his property. Paul was very thoughtful and giving throughout the entire process. I would recommend others to have their wedding here, the scenery is gorgeous and the host is amazing!

Almong was a fantastic host and the house was perfect for my family to spend the holidays in. The house was clean, modern and in a great neighborhood. Would stay again in the future!

Tom's place is even prettier than the pictures reflect. The description is spot-on, and this charming and peaceful house has a terrific view of Lake Travis -- even while sitting inside on of the two very comfy sofas. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway and is not far at all from shopping; it's only about 25 min from downtown Austin. It feels like you're far away in the country, though. Tom is a great host and is helpful if needed but otherwise very laid-back. We'll hopefully be back!

These two suggestions listed here were solved quickly by a phone call to the Vacasa help line. First, the instructions for the front door lock are confusing. There are several references to “lock box” and there is a lock box on the door but it is not the lock that unlocks the door. The lock that unlocks the door is the digital code pad above the door handle, not the lock box hanging on the door handle. Second, specific directions to the villa in the neighborhood would have helped us find it as it is a little tricky to locate. The villa itself is fabulous. We loved staying there-very comfortable, pretty, and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

We had a great stay here. Perfect location. We had a group of 9 for my bachelor party and it easily accommodated everyone. The pool was the main focus and was the perfect place for everyone to hang out.

Awesome location. Very spacious. Had 2 less beds than advertised and the 2nd player of the arcade machine didn’t work. They didn’t accommodate early check in but besides that it was great. Super clean, plenty of space to hang out with the group. Cool outside area and they were always very responsive. Highly recommend this air bnb for bachelor or bachelorette.

This house was the perfect place for my family to enjoy a few days away from home. The backyard made us feel like we were in a resort far away, even though we were close to home in Georgetown. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, and Rhonda was an excellent and communicative host. The only problem for me, which I think might be a consideration for some others, is that there are steps in many locations on the first floor. Because I recently had eye surgery, I had to be extra-careful to make sure I didn't miss a step. We also didn't notice in the pictures that the second bedroom downstairs has French doors, so privacy was an issue there. It was still a great experience in a beautiful house.

The place was beautifully designed and would highly recommend — especially if you have a baby or child. It’s fully stocked with all the things you would need. Only thing to note is that while it’s not in the city center the street does get a decent amount of traffic so just be aware of that. Overall though, I’d definitely stay there again.

Really cool place. Great amenities. Fantastic customer service from the owners. Great for couples and/or kids. Would highly recommend. The facilities are also top notch. Luxurious and well appointed.

This is a sanctuary in the Texas Hill Country with luxury furnishings, property amenities and great staff! We loved it and will be back!!

Fantastic four night stay at 7744 Ranch. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. And the resort is gorgeous. You can see the quality and attention to detail wherever you look. We stayed in the Studio and it was perfect - just like the photos and description on the website. From grilling to using the pizza oven, each meal was a delight in the remarkable outdoor spaces. This is one great place.

We enjoyed everything about this home! Well maintained, very clean, beautiful views and ample space. The property grounds were well kept. We mostly cooked, they had all of the cookware and utensils needed. There is also an HEB close by. We went with another couple and our small children, they enjoyed the pool and being able to walk the area. I had a few questions during my stay and management was very responsive. Highly recommend this place!

I am truly convinced that God himself handpicked this place for me. It was literally perfect. I cannot rave enough about this beautiful place. I went on a solo trip to literally do nothing but read and relax and this place felt like home away from home but better! I am so grateful that I stayed here. This villa made it easy to rest + replenish! Immaculate design, responsive hosts, serene environment, what more could you ask for?!

This was our 2nd time staying at Sandi’s place and just like the 1st time we had a good time. There’s so much to do on the property (for all ages). The host are super nice and friendly and you discover something new every time you visit.
