Waterfront holiday rentals in Georgetown

My wife and I were looking for a peaceful base from which to ski in Vail and Beaver Creek without having to stay in either of the 'mega-resorts' themselves. Kris and Karm's apartment in Minturn was perfect! Vail and Beaver Creek were both within easy reach via car or the Eagle Valley free bus network. Minturn itself is at the end of the off-piste Minturn Mile route you can ski from Vail (so you can walk home) and you can also ski at Meadow Mountain which is just down the road (and again on the bus route). Minturn offers a range of eating options, several bars and even a whisk(e)y distillery. The apartment itself is very private, lovely and warm and has all the appliances you could need. It also benefits from a lovely riverside terrace with a firepit that we were able to use even though it was very cold when we visited. Kris and Karm were very friendly and happy to provide local hints and tips. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

This was a wonderful Airbnb! The location was perfect for walking to great restaurants and shops. There are lots of walking trails nearby and there are beautiful views from the apartment. It was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay right on the river! Beautiful scenery, easy to get to. As described. Private entrance, had an entire floor to ourselves.

Melanie and Palo's place worked great for our ski trip to Beaver Creek. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The space was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and gave everything in our family of four space to get ready at the beginning of the day and relax after a day of skiing. As my kids did the ski school that started in Beaver Creek Village, we took the shuttle from the Bear lot across the steet each morning. It is a short walk from the apartment/condo and doable in ski boots. We decided to do ski valet in Beaver Creek Village so that we did not need to take our skis and poles back and forth each day. Everything in Avon is a short drive away and the same shuttle that takes you up for skiing can bring you back to Beaver Creek Village in the evening. We also drove one evening and parking in the village is free after 4 pm. My family would definitely recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay in Maria and Gary’s basement apartment! Their place was beautiful and the location was perfect! We enjoyed many walks around the lake and restaurants and visiting with family! Maria provided welcome snacks, wine, and drinks! We enjoyed all of it. Thank you Maria!

5 stars on all my checkpoints. The secret is out, so I’m not afraid to share. This ski in ski out is perfect for Vail ski season. 5 stars: location, parking, hot tub, pool, sauna, concierge, front desk, housekeeping, etc. I agree, this listing is a cream of the crop, SuperBowl champion. It’s perfect sized for 2 to stretch out with terrace and bedroom with view of the gondola. Guests 3 and 4 would sleep in the living area, perfect for a family of 4 or close company that can share the excellent 1 bath. The unit is thoughtfully curated for some cooking, yummy eating and drinking, coffee and tea Interior decoration is just right for a mountainside 1 bedroom. Skiers keep the location of powder stashes a secret, but this unit is too good to hide. I’ll be back.

Bronwyn It's extremely detail-oriented in the decor. and all of the furnishing of the apartment. everything you can imagine needing is provided. The apartment was extremely clean and I recognized that it takes a long time to clean to the level she has it cleaned. We were planning on being in Denver but we selected this unit specifically because of all of those factors, rather than the location itself. She is also very hospitable. You can barely here the hosts if ever. Their dog Ralphie came around a few times accidentally and apart from a few barks exchanged between ours and him, it was uneventful.

This property was perfect for me! Close enough to town to walk to anything you need; restaurants, gondola, bus station, but also far enough that it was quiet and peaceful with a great walking trail around the lake right in the backyard. I will be staying here again next I'm back!

Great location and space in Boulder.

Stayed over the weekend for my birthday, Girls getaway. Everything was very nice and clean, We did the hot tub and just stayed in and relaxed, what the 4 of us girls needed. The fox came to the door a few nights then went away after he or she seen that we wouldn't open the door. Lol. I will surly book this airbnb again. Next time it will have to be in the summer or fall. But it helped us just to relax all weekend, no pets, no grandkids, or grown up kids to deal with. Had a great birthday.

Amazing house and stay close to breck. Sweetest host and super responsive. Absolutely gorgeous place and will definitely be back. Best ski house we’ve stayed in at blue river, and super close to the mountain.

The house is wonderful, the view of the lake is amazing and neighbor/caretaker Kay is helpful and so friendly! The beds are comfy and the waterfall showers are really nice and relaxing. The host was amazing working with us on our changing travel plans including changing our arrival and departure dates at the last minute.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Grand Lake! It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our entire family, including grandparents, an aunt and uncle, and all the kids – not to mention our puppies, who had just as much fun as we did. The house provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The views, especially from the upstairs balcony, were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to those stunning views was a highlight of our trip. This home truly made for the perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to return!

Lovely cabin feel for a big group with plenty of open space. Great open kitchen with big windows that allow plenty of sunlight with views to the River as you cook. I would definitely come back in a different season to enjoy the sunshine and hike the area. Also, the owners have access to the liquor store in case you need anything. Anastasia and her husband were very helpful answering questions and stopping by if needed.

Love love loved the location! The covered entry built anticipation as we approached. We entered into a beautiful space overlooking a sunken livingroom and a ginormous kitchen! The view out the windows is breathtaking! We set off exploring the various room - all comfortable and spacious. There is plenty of room for a very large family - or even two very large families! And a few of their friends! We intentionally left behind a small mp3 player - enjoy! It was about the only thing we could think of that was missing. (Except maybe a taxiderm squirrel.)

This is a great stay! The views from the hiking trails are perfect for a sunrise/sunset hike. The rooms were clean and very homey. We had 4 people and we slept comfortably. Great experience, thank you again!

We stayed for 4 nights in October and used Alison’s condo as a base for exploring local hiking routes. The condo was spotless, fresh and spacious. Favourite sleeping room was the windowed bedroom off the living room. You could see peaks and the night sky through the many windows. A really great base and so easy to walk to the main drag in Frisco. Highly recommend. Thank you, Allison and family!

As described! Clean and warm during record lows.

I recently stayed at this updated, spacious and fully furnished 2-bedroom condo in Dillon, Colorado, and it exceeded all expectations. The breathtaking view of lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains were truly stunning. the condos location in a quite community provided a peaceful retreat, yet it was conveniently situated near local attractions. the interior was modern and well appointed, make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable mountain getaway.

Beautiful home within walking distance from Winter Park resort. It is a long walk with ski gear, but the option to walk without worrying about parking is very useful during peak ski season in CO. The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. This listing is also pet-friendly which was a huge plus for us!

Andrea’s condo was very comfortable and convenient to public transportation. The kitchen was the best stocked we’ve ever encountered in an Airbnb. Instructions were detailed and clear. The location is lovely, backing up onto a path around a reservoir. I can recommend this anyone looking for a comfortable, well situated place to stay.

Love this beautiful cabin style condo. The view was AMAZING & it was my first time experiencing Colorado. Cole’s place was kept very clean! I appreciated the humidifier, heater, and having the portable AC fan. Cole was very accommodating and responsive. There were elevators to get to the unit but to get around to the nearest grocery store/restaurants/gym/pool. I only saw stair access so that’s one thing to note if you are in a wheelchair…

We had a wonderful stay! Cozy! Beautiful views…and the skiing was great! We can’t wait to book again!
