Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Georges River Council

Great airbnb for a family. Very spacious for that area. We had a baby with us and traveled with my in-laws. 3 bathrooms make things so easier. AC in every bedroom and living space was a must and helped on the hot days. the furniture is a little outdated but the apartment was homey. Kitchen was well equipped. I would have preferred a few more toilet paper rolls and towels since we were there for 16 nights. Easy access to Parra Road to catch the bus. The apartment is very quiet- no noise issues and quiet neighborhood. A lot of cafes and restaurants (including Maccas) are within walking distance if you don't want to go far to eat. Camperdown park is also walkable. Host sent videos with great instructions for check-in. Beautiful Pond with Koi fish in the common area of the apartment complex. Very safe. Such a great spot for a long stay and would definitely recommend!

What a great place! The apartment had everything, and I mean everything you needed! It was well laid out and was very clean! The host was fantastic and allowed us an early check in and responded quickly to anything we asked. The area is quite walkable and if you need to get a bus, it is basically right outside your door! Grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. We would stay there again! Thank you for being a great host!

I've stayed at a few airbnbs in Sydney while finding permanent accomodation, and this one was the best by far. This feels like a real home, not an airbnb.

We loved staying at the flat in Elmore Road. Lots of shops and restaurants as well as being close to King Street which has loads more places to eat and shop. Close to train station at Newtown (about 15/20 minute walk - but we are fairly slow walkers) bus stops near by too! The apartment was exactly as described and although being in a busy road, didn’t disturb us. It’s part of the reason we chose it to be close to our daughter and easy access to most places as well as lots going on. Blair and Jan got back to us very quickly if we had a query - very helpful and friendly.

Cheng was absolutely phenomenal, I’ve never had a host like her and assume I never will. She graciously accommodated my family as best she could. Even going as far as bringing my a rice cooker and chopsticks when she found out that our family was Chinese. Please stay with Cheng I would recommend this bnb 100 time out of 100.

A well located terrace house in the trendy suburb of Surry Hills. Lots of great restaurants, eateries and grocery shops around. Diverse food and culture. The terrace house is easy to access, full of character and has some quaint charms and deco. A perfect place for our short stay for a family of four

We booked Harry's home for 8 nights for our daughter's wedding. There were 7 of us /family staying. The house worked perfectly in terms of flexible accommodation and had two great showers. We particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen which was at the centre of everything and the day before the wedding we hosted a few more wedding guests for lunch and sat in the outdoor area adjoining the kitchen. We didn't use the main garden but again it was well thought out and it meant the hire car was off the road. Location was great as 15 mins walk into Newtown for bars and restaurants as well as for the train into Sydney (20 mins to Circular Quay). Harry was very quick and responsive to our requests and questions from the time we booked (even as we needed to add on a day) and throughout our stay. All our family felt very at home with the personal touches around the house. Finally some of our family went on runs in the morning, so the good washing machine was a godsend! Thank you Harry. A

We stayed at this gorgeous place in Redfern during part of our bathroom renovation. We live in another part of Sydney and wanted to take this chance to explore a new district we were less familiar with. We absolutely loved it for many reasons: very convenient location a short walk from the many wonderful cafes and restaurants in Redfern and Surry Hills, very quiet and peaceful despite being so close to Cleveland St, and heaps of free parking nearby (which was a key requirement as I had to drive every day to work). I would absolutely recommend this place to both first-timers or returning travellers to Sydney who are up for the adventure of staying in one of the most interesting and vibrant parts of the city at the moment!

booked thos fabulous house for my mother in laws birthday gateaway with other family members. it was a lovely house. felt right at home and had everything we needed. will definitely rebook again if we had an opportunity

Simply amazing place. Beautifully furnished and decorated, it felt like home straight away. The most comfortable beds ever with quailty bed linen and towels. Everything about Yvonne is thoughtfully considered so your relaxed and comfortable. Amazing location as well . I would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Yvonne

It was the perfect place for traveling with children. I used the tram and train in front of the house well, and the bus stop was not far away on foot, so I was able to travel anywhere. I was also satisfied with the welcome food sense. It's a place I hope to stay.

Was a perfect little place for us to stay. Good size unit with everything we needed, great facilities in the kitchen, comfy bed and sofa was good too. Not too far from w Westfield Liverpool which had coles and good food, and good coffee. A short down to the local park. Great communication, and fantastic instructions on everything. Thank you for such a neat place, thoroughly recommend and would stay again!

Georgia and Alex’s place was located in a great location - a few minutes walk to Luna park and the harbour bridge, and a quick train ride into the heart of the city (the train station was only a few streets away). Very convenient place to stay for someone visiting Sydney for the first time. I was really impressed with the apartment- it was clean and tidy, very spacious and the small creature comforts had been considered. Thanks for having me!

I had a fantastic stay! The unit was well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable week, from thoughtful amenities to a cozy atmosphere. It was spotless on arrival and well-maintained throughout. The location was great, and communication with the host was seamless. Really appreciated the early check-in when my flight arrived a few hours early. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tidy, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay in Sydney! (And for those who care, the shower water pressure is excellent!)
