spacious for a family of 7 (including a baby), a stone's throw to the beach (just cross the busy road), clean and well maintained rooms

Place had a great view of the Penang Bridge. Host is also quick to respond via WA to any quires we had plus sending items that were needed like extra hangers and towels etc. The furnishings are a little dated but still a comfortable enough stay. There is breakfast provided that you can also request to be sent to your apt. Queensbay Mall is also a 5mins+ car ride away which is nice. Checking in and out was easy - do note there is a deposit that you need to place which you can get back after checking out.

We had a very nice stay in this apartment. The pool was cool, the morning/nightmarket was reachable in walking distance with many delicious food stalls. We were very satisfied.

really feel like home. i spend most of time in house (teman husband outstations). baby friendly, got baby chair and baby bath tub. washing machine with dryer. entertainment, massage chair, extra single mattress too. overall mmg okay

Great place to stay, made our entire trip to Penang wonderful. First of all, the house is a high design, and the space feels bigger and more transparent.The house is large with a long balcony with a very nice view. Then, the location of the house is great, the neighborhood matching is also great, there is a gym pool and a very standard tennis court, and it is on the same floor as the house, which is very convenient.Downstairs is a supermarket, restaurant, coffee shop. Highly recommend this homestay.

Almost the perfect Airbnb I've ever lived. The apartment is in the same luxury and modern high-rise tower as the Courtyard Penang, in fact the entrance is just 5m near the hotel. The carpark is good to enter although I did not drive. The non-edge swimming pool at level 11 has an extremely beautiful Seaview of the Penang island while providing lots of spaces for your family to sit on and enjoy the view. The elevator is very efficient. The apartment itself is wide, clean and modern, the full size ceiling to floor windows let you enjoy the stunning view where the city and old town meets the skyline and the blue azure sea. The kitchen is working properly, the washing machine and dryer is good. The bathroom is tidy and easy to use. The most chilling thing to do here is watching Netflix near the stunning Seaview in the afternoon, enjoying the local fruits.

Accommodation and hospitality were good. There are restaurants, fast food chains, mini marts, pharmacy, malls can be found just a walking distance away ^^ This accommodation is a pet friendly place and I brought my 3 cats along :-) Just need to be extra careful when you open the balcony door as this unit doesn't comes with a protective fence. Great place nonetheless!

Tropicana 218 is in a strategic location, walking distance to Loh Guan Yee Hospital, Xim Sum Dimsum, Xiang Peng, Mix Store and Newland Street Food.

The homestay was in a great location, just a short walk from the town center and close to local attractions. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed.

Had a great time at this house. Very easy to find and check in. Beautiful sea view.

We had an amazing stay in Haran's place. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped (matches the description). The area is quiet and peaceful. The condo offers free facilities like pools, gazebo areas, a modern gym etc. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants in walkable distance. Communication with Haran and his family was smooth and easy. They all are excellent hosts and very friendly, helpful and welcoming people. I highly recommend this stay and would love to come back!

Very convenient location, near to petrol station and 7-11 right at door step. If you don’t drive there’s quite a few places to eat within 10-15mins walking distance. Gym is in great condition, and very strict security guard which is what many people are looking for, felt very safe there. Good stay.

Host was very responsive and attended to all my needs! Glad that my stay went as expected, as it was clean and cozy. Would stay here again if I am back again for work. I liked the sunlight in this unit too.
