first of all, i got a room at tower 3, the roof in the master bathroom is leaking and the TV didn't work. So i text the property owner and the owner was so kind and helpful to change my room from tower 3 to tower 7. My family is very satisfied with the room at tower 7. The room is cold, beautiful surroundings and views, got to see first world hotel from my room. all the stuff and else in the room are great! the self check-in was so smooth! Definitely will come back to tower 7!!!

The host is very friendly. She provides sufficient information about the place. The room is amazing view. I woke up in the morning and can do yoga from the balcony feel like in heaven 🥰

Carmen is a great host and very responsive at any time. The property is located near to Genting Highland theme park, about 10 minutes drive away. Also, there are few convenience stores, restaurants available and walkable distance. The place is live wood location. Thanks to Carmen, Liz and Aina for immediate responses when a query message sent. Thumbs to you guys for all your good work and follow through.

Exceptional, nice and relax place to stay!! Great host-Mr Mark, he is very flexible, helpful and very responsive for our needs. It was our last minute booking for the stay and he was accommodated for our request too. We enjoyed our stay together with our furkid. Definitely, we will come again next trip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the pleasure of staying at this homestay and it exceeded all our expectations. The homestay was immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly set this homestay apart was the warm and welcoming hospitality of the host. The room was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, giving it a homey feel, while the outdoor area was ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration.

My family and I felt right at home as soon as we opened the door. We were so surprised that Mark has switched on the aircon, fan and even music before our arrival. Place was spotless clean and it was very cozy. We love the way it was decorated.. very warm and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place!

I actually tried three unit in this area n this unit is the best one. Strong WiFi big clean room and best part is host n Mr Toto very kind and respond even late night. Will definitely book this unit again when i go genting. My teens like the bed too. i was impressed host even provide First Aid box. Thank you and will recommend to my friends😊
