Family-friendly holiday rentals in Gelugor

Everything is okay except A/C in the room not so cold & the A/C in the living room cannot open. Other than that really enjoyed our staycation here. Really recommended🌟

the place was great on the 3rd floor corner unit with a surround balcony a sea view on one side and marina view on the other side with a fantastic sunrise every morning, great spot for breakfast. it was the weekend of the dragon boat regatta witch was happening right in front of the apartment. the location is the best within walking distance to a dozent restaurants, grocery store, medical clinic everything you need. highly recommend it.

The cosy spacious apartment with spectacular view. Located in a peaceful area close to nature (you can oversee numerous birds and monkeys directly from the balcony). The apartment has everything for a comfortable life and even more. The pool in a condo is clean and mostly empty. The guards were friendly. There were no problems in a month.

Good place to stay, but furniture and TV a bit outdated

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Nice place, great view. Lots good food nearby, and a few little night markets with good food (one by the nearby Lotus). A bit far from Georgetown but a 20min Grab will get you there. If you want to stay a little out of the hustle and bustle this is a great choice. Also low traffic and open areas to run (good place to prep for Penang Bridge Marathon) if that's something you are looking for.

We had an amazing stay at Hoon’s place! The most important is we feel safe staying here. The apartment was spacious, and the bed was enough for 3 of us n comfy. WiFi is provides, which is a bonus. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

it is a great experience staying at Alvin's place. It is a heritage house, full with characters. my family and I also want an Airbnb which is bigger than a hotel room and has privacy. This place exceeded our expectations. The place is easy to find, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby(Alvin also gives good recommendations!) Alvin is a very accommodating and proactive host. I would love to come back to stay with Alvin again! lastly, Penang is amazing 😍

Yes, the sound of praying at 5am can be heard in the room.

The place is clean and have the basic items. Love how there is ventilation fan in the bathrooms to keep them dry. Host is responsive when I encountered issue with the washing machine.

Sparkling clean and very near Gurney Drive

The home was nice and cozy. It was clean and the location was superb. Easy access with only a 15 mins walk to Gurney drive. Everything in the home worked well and we had a wonderful time there. The host was also responsive and sent very clear instructions to access and open the gates and doors. The house switches were labelled properly so we knew which was for which. AC in the house and rooms were nice and cold and the bathrooms were cleaned with decent Hot water shower with good water pressure. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable as with the compound. Would recommend this place for a family of 6.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The building was lovely - amazing swimming pools, a gym, a room for the children to play and a running track, we were really happy. Everything was a good standard. There were lots of shops and restaurants walkable. And as traffic across Penang always seems slow it was nice to be between the beach and George town. Wendy and Sharon were great hosts, clear instructions, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The flat was exactly as in the photos, spacious and very comfortable for our stay of 5 weeks. We would absolutely recommend.

I stayed here for almost a month and I really liked the place. super easy to go the groceries on the basement floor and plenty of restaurants and gyms in the area. within walking distance of several malls and public transport right outside. only comment is the power outlets in the apartment aren't conveniently located but that's easy to work around

OMG, this place was so awesome, I am second guessing my condo purchase up the island. This was the best Airbnb place we have ever stayed at, bar none. So convenient to all of the hawker centers and the shopping malls. Thank you. It was truly our honor that you let us stay here.

Though building from outside looks old but inside the property is cosy, very clean and exactly as per the description

Ms Lee and his hasband is great host. They are so friendly and so kindness, Her House is extremely lovely, cozy, quiet, good view and big. we was staying 3person but her house has more capacity. Close to conveni and supermarket, restaurant. Its incredible comfortable. She talked to me anything of my question and how to use her house. her hasband showed to us nice restaurant location and shops too. we ware so enjoyed with her great house. In the living room, There is TV that is available Youtube, so we ware enjoying. picked up us at airport as Special offer was also great. I hope to come back, and meet them again. Super highly recommended!
