This place is perfect for a stay in Athens! It is quiet and cozy, and has an AMAZING view of the acropolis to watch as you sip your morning coffee. There is a hill to get up to it, but the view is worth it. And the best part is Giannis! He was so good at communicating everything in advance which made everything so easy by the time I landed in town. Thanks for everything Giannis! I highly recommend this stay

The house has an *amazing* view and terrace to view it, so if that's the one and only thing to book this apartment, do it! Konstantinos/Polytimi is a great host and communicative, and made us feel really comfortable. He also provided us with fruits, juice, coffee and milk, which was really thoughtful. Location is perfect, with great food options in the Monastiraki area, the station is less than 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

This home matches the photos. Very nice, functional. The 2 bathrooms are a real plus when there are 5 of us. Near the metro dafni which is 4 stations from the acropolis and the center. Given the metro price for the 5-day map €8, this location is perfect. A 2-block supermarket. Very quiet neighborhood, no noise. We recommend it and we had a great week.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! George's communication was excellent from start to finish, and he warmly greeted us upon arrival. George even organised a lovely birthday surprise for my fiancé, decorating the apartment with balloons—such a thoughtful touch! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and the views were absolutely stunning, definitely the highlight of our stay. The area was lively, adding a fun vibe, and we were close to Athens’ landmarks, with easy taxi access. George's local recommendations for shops and restaurants were perfect, and the huge balcony and pool were great for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment! If we return to Athens, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, George, for an unforgettable stay!

Everthing Great. The pool was amazong!

We had a lovely stay. It was the perfect spot to rest after flying in from the Western U.S. We enjoyed the views, the pool, the comfy sitting area and outside tables. It was so great we got a little lazy and ordered delivered food more than we planned - the view was unrivaled. We also hiked up the hill behind the place -Lycabettus Hill- in the early morning. It is lovely up there too. If you want to be out of the bustle of the more touristy areas, I highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment that had everything you needed, very comfortable, great indoor heated pool, squeeky clean with great modern styling, and right near the center of the city. Will definitely keep this place in mind for next year, thanks again Petros!

The place looks just like on the photos, it’s very clean and have lots of storage despite being small. Neibourhood is very quiet and everything you need is close enough. Host is very lovely man, will help you with whatever you need.

Maria was very responsive, friendly and welcomed me at the door with two bottles of mineral water. The flat is perfect for one or two people, although the kitchen would be a bit small if you planned to do a lot of cooking. I really liked the Thiseio neighborhood, at least at this time of year. Quiet with cute bakeries and cafes, yet within a ten minute walk of Psyrri/Monastiraki, Gazi and Philopappou Hill. Wifi was good, which is not to be taken for granted. I've heard that Greece has the worst broadband in the EU, and I often experienced spotty connections at local cafes.

I booked the apartment for my parents - they had a great time there. The apartment was beautiful and clean, the check-in easy and Panos was very fast to reply to our messages. We’ll be back - thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The patio, a perfect place for breakfast or a little break, even in the middle of January!! It is located in the neighborhood of Koukaki, very nice and quiet, with interesting gastronomic offer and a lot of atmosphere. The main touristic places can be walked to. Romina and Georgeos, absolutely kind and collaborators, offering good advice both in the Koukaki area, and about Athens in general. 10 out of 10!!

Loved the outdoor space. Lots of good interior lighting. Parking easy right in front. Responsive host. Very comfortable bed. Great tv. Good bathroom. Perfect!
