Lovely little house perfectly livable for 6 people quiet neighbourhood and only a short walk into town

The property was the perfect size and layout for a relaxed and enjoyable visit with family. Everyone had their own space and we were all very relaxed and comfortable there. It had everything we needed and was decorated to a high standard. Lots of space and we'll planned out.

Lovely accommodation. Great view. Spotlessly clean. Everything needed was provided for a relaxing stay by the sea. Perfect location. My dog was very happy with the green space and fresh air. Plenty of room. Full size kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful time we had at the honeybee retreat and at the whitbarrow holiday village. Great location and a fantastic lodge.

Our stay at Dave’s place was perfect. The home is beautiful and views are stunning. We would definitely return on our next visit to The Lakes.

Had an amazing 2 nights! The place was just as described and even better in person. Paul was very quick to respond if I have an inquiry. Plenty of utensils for big groups of friends or family. The xmas decorations was a lovely touch, was like we were home away from home. I will 100% be back to visit!

We thought that David's place was really nice, with a touch of style and class. The property is situated in a very nice part of Lytham, and is ideally located for access to the town and all the restaurants and shops that the area has to offer. If walking along the seafront is your thing, then you've cracked it, because it's only a stone's throw away. Blackpool is easy to get to and is a quick drive up the coast. The allocated parking space is very convenient and solves any parking issues around the front. The accommodation itself is very spacious, very clean and well organised. Everything you need in the kitchen is there and there's a TV in the lounge, and both bedrooms. The bathroom is also clean and tidy. We visited in mid November, so heating was important. No problem there, it's easy to use, very efficient and heats up pretty quickly. if we were visiting the area again, we wouldn't hesitate in asking David if he has a vacancy.

We booked it for one person by accident and we sent a message to the owner and he replied very quickly said it was okay for the amount of guests we had we got there they was having a drink in the communal bar gave us a little wave so we know where they are and got in via the key code it was very clean and very spacious was very quiet and out of the way overall very good would recommend thank you! Will be booking again
