Comfortable cottage with lake view

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home next to the lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area there are nice nature trails and swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with a full mattress topper and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible that two people can sleep there.

Relax in this quiet home right by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solaltans for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).

Cozy little cottage with lake property and its own jetty. A rowing boat is included. Good fishing possibilities in the lake and in other nearby waterways. Secluded location, here anyone who wants to swim naked and enjoy views of the lake and mountains. If you're lucky, you'll see the beaver swimming by in the evening. Electricity only 12 volts via solar panel/battery, is enough for fridge and light and to charge the phone. Lots to discover around protection, you are right in the middle of Hälsingland!

Recharge your batteries with relaxing summer days in the sun and beautiful sunsets over the lake from the patio. I autumn, the trees show their full spectrum of colors and the darker evenings you spend in front of our cozy fireplace. In winter visit Bjursås Ski Center for nice downhill skiing & Sörskog for good cross-country skiing trails, or ice fish & skate on the lake outside the door.

Feel free to start the day with a morning swim from the stone pier 60 meters from the cabin or from the beach about 300 further away and then sit on the terrace and enjoy freshly brewed coffee and the fantastic view. In our newly renovated apartment you stay in two rooms, a kitchen and a restroom with shower. The apartment is at the basement level of our house and has a separate entry door. The house is located in a quite area, five minutes walk to supermarkets, the city centre, cross country skiing trails, Vasaloppet area, mountain bike trails, bus station etc. Welcome!
