Holiday houses in Gavdos

It was completely pleasant.

It was an amazing experience staying in Panos’ house. It’s located on the hill, and once there, one can feel very private since all the „neighbours” are pretty far and the place is completely silent during the night. The beach is 10 minutes walk away, which was perfect for us. The area is beautiful - you can see mountains from the windows and the sea from the garden. The sheep and cats keep visiting the terrace, which makes it even more idyllic. A huge plus is Panos himself - a very communicative host, easy to bond with and very helpful. Be mindful that you need a car to reach this place and it’s difficult to go around without it. We came in November when all the nearby taverns were closed and the closest one was 20 minutes drive away. For us it was not an issue, but it’s good to have that in mind. We would definitely like to come back!

We had a very nice week-long stay at the villa, which is modern and attractively furnished. The view over the sea is fantastic. You definitely need a car. The area is beautiful with fantastic beaches. Not far from the villa you will even find stretches of beach where you are completely undisturbed. It should be noted that the climate in the south can be a bit "rough" at times. It was very stormy for a few days. All in all we had a great time at the villa.

We had a great stay at Emmanuel and Yannis’s place. The view was incredible. We loved the pool. Would stay again!

Perfect place and wonderful matriarchal host. Our expectations for our stay in Gavdos were high, yet they were greatly exceeded.

We felt very comfortable from the 1st second. Top location with beautiful views of a sea bay. The apartment is modern and 1A furnished, everything worked perfectly. Barbara and Karl were very pleasant landlords who live in the lower area. We can absolutely recommend this apartment and would very happy to come again.

Accommodation according to the photo, sea view and quiet lulled by the song of the cicadas and the herds of sheep in the small day. 5mn drive to the triopetra beaches, sunbed and umbrellas if you have snacks at the tavern. remember to do your shopping before arriving here..no shops on site. No closer to Spili.Vent powerful when it starts to blow, choose the more sheltered beach the other side of the hill. The 2 nearby beaches are beautiful. We had a wonderful 4 days... Recommended

Our stay at Villa Theano in Triopetra was exceptional! The Etouri team was very professional, helpful, and ensured smooth communication from start to finish. The owner of the villa was so kind and generous, making our stay unforgettable with thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcomed. The regular housekeeping service and towel changes were wonderful details that made our experience feel like a wonderful hotel stay, adding an extra layer of comfort. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delightful fruit basket, olive oil, and a bottle of wine, which made for such a warm and special welcome. The villa itself is a peaceful paradise with breathtaking views and beautiful surroundings, perfect for those seeking a serene escape. We highly recommend Villa Theano to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in the South of Crete, and we would love to be back!

It was a really lovely place, quiet and private but still the beaches were close by (I think 3-4 min to nearest beach with a car). Villa was really clean and we appreciated the 3 air conditioners the place had because the weather was really hot :)

Our stay was excellent. Giannis is a very hospitable host and always present in everything you need.

The apartment is located in a complex of buildings, all owned by Yannis. There is a large kitchen at the guests' disposal, which is stocked with fruit and other groceries by the owner. The view is spectacular, Yannis is amazing and always available for any help. He was so kind to include me - a lonely traveler - in a music event with some of his friends.
