Well-equipped cabin from 2020/1850 by Hestadfjorden

Hytta is 120 sqm and was finished in the spring of 2020 . The cottage has very high quality with "Madsstova" from before 1850 -steps from Jølster. The cabin has 2 fireplaces, a laundry room and a sauna. At the cabin there is a covered patio and boat and canoe can be provided, but must be booked separately. For fishing for fishing in the water, you have to buy a fishing license. The cabin is located at Viksdalsvatnet/Hestadfjorden and in a great hiking area. Further up the valley one comes to Gaularfjellet and over to Sogn. In the opposite direction is Førde with 13000 inhabitants

Cabin with stunning views in quiet surroundings. Short distance to the fjord and a rowing boat is available during the summer months. The cottage has a mini-kitchen, fridge, small oven and microwave. Not dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet, heating cables in the floor. Living room with lounge area, dining table and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are very small. Covered porch with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are not included. When snow, you have to park by the road and walk the last 50 meters up to the cabin. Parking by the cabin during summer.

Breathtaking views of the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Here you found a peaceful and cozy place in a very beautiful forest with an amazing view on the great Sognefjord and a sauna. In the area is a fantastic sandy beach and lots of hiking possibilities.
