Holiday rentals with a patio in Gates

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

We had a wonderful stay at the home in Rochester. It was the perfect location for visiting the zoo and the Strong Museum. We appreciated the games and provided coffee. Everything in the house was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Rochester. Thank you!

Great location, perfect off street parking, and adorably stylish, cozy and clean apartment. Bed was comfortable and all amenities were clean and thoughtfully placed. Quiet neighbors and barely any road noise. AC and adjustable thermostat, the heat was great. The place smelled so good and clean when we first walked in! Will be staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay and found everything we needed for the month. The kitchen was especially well stocked with items for those who cook. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus for our long stay. We were close to walking trails, necessary stores, and restaurants. We would stay with Alicia again!

The unit is super clean and nice! Well appointed and perfect for a work stay. Would note that there is some noise from the front door but Katy provided ear plugs.

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

This is my second time staying here. Tamara’s place was clean, spacious, private, and quiet! It’s in a great neighborhood that’s perfect for a morning run. I’d stay again!

We stayed here for my cousins wedding and the location was absolutely perfect! I grew up visiting Canandaigua and you can’t beat being right off main st. Would stay here again!

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

If I could give this place more than five stars I definitely would! This Airbnb is fantastic! Beautiful home, large spaces and all the amenities and extras you could hope for! It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree and assorted very tasteful decorations. There were even lights on the house! Everything about this stay made me feel so at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and my interactions with some of the locals were great. The next door neighbor even came without being asked and offered to help remove some snow from a light snowfall we had. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and was what anyone would want in a neighbor. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hopefully it will be available again the next time I am in town. Thank you so much!

Condo was perfect for our family of five (and could easily accommodate more). The furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. The kids loved the basement game room and spent hours playing! Conveniently located between Rochester and Palmyra, we were able to enjoy city attractions and historical sites. We stayed three nights, and I’d absolutely stay there again!

Angela was a fabulous host! We had a great 4 day trip and the place was cozy and we felt right at home. It was easy for our dog and had a perfect backyard for him. The fridge and freezer were spotless and stocked with ice. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and coffee and we had plenty of towels for our stay. 10/10 We will definitely stay again!

This was a great option for my family while visiting RIT. Very close to the campus! The cottage has been renovated for a modern feel - like an extra-large open concept apartment. Very roomy, comfortable and has every amenity you need. Nicole was also easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any question I had. We'd definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! It was so quiet which was unexpected given the location of the house - it did not feel like a city stay. The only downside is parking. We squeezed two vehicles into the driveway, anymore vehicles would've had to park on the street, which would've been fine. Our biggest gripe with Rochester in general is parking - that's true for every area of the city. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are beautiful little details in the home that I haven't experienced at other Airbnb's that made our stay more comfortable. The hosts were VERY responsive and helpful! Appliances all worked perfectly with no issues. We would for sure stay here again!

Great place and perfect location in the NOTA area. The House has a cool historic charm with with nice modern updates. Super comfy beds and spacious for a family of 5. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The host, Vincent, was really responsive. We're already planning our next trip back to see family in Rochester next year and hope we can stay in this wonderful house.

We enjoyed our last scrapbook retreat before the summer. The house was in perfect condition upon our arrival as usual. We have zero complaints and have been very happy here. We enjoy watching the wildlife in the mornings. We look forward to booking more weekends in the future. Thanks Tim and Katie!
