This house was a wonderful base for exploring the area...a bit distant from the Gaspesie Park but worth it for the very fine views of the sea. What is not obvious from the photos is that the nearby road drops out of site so the view is not impeded by traffic. The house was VERY well equipped and comfortable. Christine was very attentive as a hostess...organizing a snow plow very soon after we asked for it.

Very nice house and Randy was more than kind and made himself impossible for anything! Thank you and I recommend it!

We had an an wonderful stay at Genevieve's Waterfront Home! The house and property are beautiful and so well thought out! We were a group of 6 adults, a toddler and a baby and had everything we needed and more! Genevieve was so kind and answered all the questions we had ahead of time, and while we were there. Which making packing so much easier for us. This is an amazing spot to stay as a family with children. Thankyou so much Genevieve for making our trip so great!

A comfortable house, with plenty of kitchen gadgets and lovely china, lots of space. We took trips from there to Perce, even Gaspe and Forillon, and some nice spots in the area.

Always a pleasure to come back to Virginia. The atmosphere is warm and the apartment very convenient. We love it!

We had a most lovely stay at Mark and Nadine's suite! Nadine was very responsive, brought us a couple of things we needed, and was very accommodating. The location was perfect, too. We love to walk and the proximity to the water walk, was awesome.

The place was simple but had an absolutely amazing view. It was exactly what I needed to relax by the sea, enjoy a beautiful landscape while staying warm. I would recommend it in a second!

I really enjoyed the tranquility of the place and the cleanliness in general. The house is located very close to Chandler where you can find all the shops useful for a great stay in this fully equipped apartment. It felt like home. Even if it's a basement, the place was really comfortable for the heat, I slept like a baby. I'll be back for sure. Johanne

Lovely little two and a half. Directly in front of the river. Although everything was frozen, it was very nice! Quiet place. The TV is very small (about 28 inches) but suited us. Think about your parchment paper if you want to use the oven and bring paper towels if you're used to using them. We had a lovely two-night stay! Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay. This is a really peaceful and very welcoming place, close to Carleton and Bonaventure. There are all the amenities nearby, Maria's beach right next door, which we also love. Our stay was great especially it was located on the main avenue which means it was close to everything the Airbnb was very nice and clean,lot of towels and kitchen supplies we enjoy our stay thanks Marie

Felt right at home which feels nice when you travel a lot. The space is amazing, the bed is comfy and Liette is super nice! I would recommend this place to anyone and would come back when I'm in the region.

Wonderful place to stay in Carleton. Totally unique as a place, the apartment was perfect for a peaceful stay of a few days. Beach access, private courtyard and balcony allow you to enjoy the outdoors while feeling comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the many plants and books perfectly complement a stay! Craft coffee, beer, and soaps as a bonus! Definitely recommended this place.

The host is super welcoming, as soon as we arrive she explains what to do in the surrounding area. The listing is the same as the photos and very quiet. Going to its website you will pay less than if you rent directly on AirBnB

Our stay at the Gallagher was absolutely perfect, Marie josee was very helpful and kind. The place itself was beautiful, and very peaceful, it was easy to find, very quiet and overall an amazing experience, the beds are beyond comfy! A dream home and really wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely will be returning, there was 4 of us who stayed and we all 100% recommend this airbnb, the host is wonderful and so is this place ❤️ thankful for this experience. Welalin Merci Thank you!
