Holiday rentals with beach access in Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego

Mary and Tony were amazing and attentive hosts and you can’t beat the location! Surrounded by water and beautiful beaches in every direction. We were there over New Years Eve and on top of a little welcome basket, they provided us with New Years hats and noise makers for the festivities. Very thoughtful. We were traveling with our 11 month old and I was very grateful that the they had a pack n play and baby tub (they only have a shower at the Airbnb, so baby tub was a necessity!). The stairs up to the Airbnb are steep, but they do have a baby gate. I didn’t really trust the gate, so kept my little one away from that area altogether (I would maybe recommend a gate that bolts into the wall for better security). We had everything we needed there and felt very much at home. We will definitely stay there when we come back. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mary and Tony!!! :)

Loved our stay here. Short walk to the beach and to shopping. Neighbors were very helpful with recommendations. Place was cozy. Fans in each bedroom!! Enjoyed our stay!!

Super clean, plenty of towels for our large family of 6! The beach is literally your front yard. We can’t wait to come back & visit! So much to do with in walking distance.

My family and I stayed for two nights. Very good location close to the beach and many restaurants. The house was cozy, clean, and well maintained. The parking was good for our car but it may not fit big SUVs. Beach equipments were quite helpful.

Perfect Stay for a Beach Getaway! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in Ocean Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect laid-back beach vibe. It had everything we needed – a cozy bed, well-stocked kitchen, and a front porch where we could sip coffee and watch the sunset. The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was at night, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even better. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. My girlfriend and I already miss it and are counting down the days until we can come back. Highly recommend for couples looking for a perfect beach escape!

Fantastic stay. Could not be more convenient, with restaurant, coffeeshop, breakfast, and convenience shop less than 100 ft away, and steps from the beach. The home was well-equipped and everything needed for a weeklong family vacation was available. Host had great recommendations and we were left with great memories from our trip.

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Right next to the beach and so many amenities close by! Felt safe. We can’t wait to stay here again! Definitely recommend! The place is also very clean!! And no loud noises outside at night during the weekend so u can sleep well! Which is a big plus.

Great place to stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house is beautifully designed with the perfect configuration, making it both comfortable and practical. The location is unbeatable—literally beachfront! Despite being near the beach parking lot, it was wonderfully calm and undisturbed. Plus, it’s just a peaceful 5-minute walk to the charming city center. And the view from the rooftop.… absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. The house was spotless and came equipped with everything we needed, from silverware to all the essentials, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We already can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem.

Maria was always available when I needed to speak to speak to her. She is a warm and professional person. The place was just beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was easy. The ocean view was magical.The place was quiet and restful. We are coming back in May for my birthday. I can’t wait to return. It is the ideal spot to vacation. I would recommend anyone to schedule a vacation with Maria.

Glenna was such a pleasure to work with and the house was amazing. Had a girls weekend with my daughter who is in college in SD and my mom. We all didn’t want to leave. Swathi’s apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed, including all of the amenities that you would expect in a hotel (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash and blow dryer). The area is also fantastic- we were steps from a coffee shop and a really cool cocktail bar. And of course the proximity from the beach is five star. We spent mornings and nights sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. I hope to be back soon!

Our stay was wonderful. You already know from the pictures that the view is amazing, but in person it’s even better. The location was excellent - within walking distance of grocery stores, clothes shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, coffee shops, etc. The apartment was bigger than it appeared in the pictures. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of pillows, towels, and toilet paper. We were greeted with a delightful plate of fresh fruit. Great place in an excellent location.

Great space; very clean, cozy, and fresh. Great location - close to beach, restaurants and shops, and close to a number of bus stops for travellers who like to get around the city by transit. I would highly recommend this condo.
