The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated, it is very well equipped (like at home even if we did not enjoy it because short stay and meal taken outside). Located close to a convenience store and the sea, with private and secure parking, a big asset. Not to mention Jocelyne, a smiling and attentive host who took the time to welcome us, we recommend this apartment.

We stayed there for three days in January and enjoyed it a lot. The surroundings are fantastic, the apartment very functionally equipped with all the things that could be needed. We found the season to be there ideal! Everything was nicely empty.

Had a bit of trouble finding the place, but that was more to do with my satnav I think. Apartment was absolutely fine, no issues at all, patio area was in full sun most of the day too,. Location was perfect, literally 3 mins walk to beach and local bars and restaurants. Only used the car once all week, got everything we needed from local shops, caught the bus into Perpignan to save driving and parking.. would definitely recommend Raphael and his apartment to anyone Keith & Gill

we had a great time at Mareia's place , the village is wonderful and the apartment is very well located and has a local spar shop very close. the apartment is better than the photos suggest and suited us well as a family of 4.

Thanks to Elena for her efficient and very warm welcome. the apartment is impeccably clean, quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped . very nice sea view and direct access to the beach. we highly recommend it.

The stay has been great, it has exceeded expectations. The apartment is made and decorated with affection, practical and is not missing any detail. In addition to very clean. The heating goes perfect, we have not been cold at all. We came to ski but the times we have been in the apartment, we were very comfortable and quiet. Corinne's apartment is really very nicely decorated and sparkling clean, the view of the sea and the sunrise is magnificent. Also when leaving the apartment you have a wonderful view of the Pyrenees. Corinne and her husband are excellent hosts. Unfortunately, I caught a very cold week and with a lot of wind, for this cold the apartment was unfortunately too cold for me. I also assumed that the apartment is more facing south and there are more hours of sunshine on the balcony, looked like this from the pictures. In summer this is certainly very pleasant, but unfortunately not for me in the winter. But all in all I had a good stay and I can recommend the apartment.

Functional accommodation in a really nice setting, a little away from the village, with a very considerate and extremely friendly host. We'll be back, that's for sure.

Simply a fantastic stay! Everything was fluid until the end of our stay… only downside… not having been able to stay longer… Christophe, our host, is just great. We were able to spend a wonderful New Year's Day as a family in this sublime apartment more than very well maintained in the perfect location in a beautiful residence! We'll come back to the same place without a second thought

The apartment is super equipped, very clean and the owners are nice and available at all times. The apartment is located near a supermarket, bakery and several restaurants. There are also 2 bicycles in the apartment with which the sea can be reached in a few minutes. I recommend the accommodation and thank the owners for their hospitality.

Fantastic villa with terrace overlooking towards the Med Sea. The private pool was so welcoming and necessary. Yana’s a great host with great communication skills and explanations. Loved the villa.

Very comfortable appartment with very large balcony. Comfortable beds, modern bathroom and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay in beautiful L'Escala and the place allowed us for an easy access to the waterfront and grocery shopping. We were pleased to meet Neus in person, and got to know her warm and helpful personality.
