Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Garrard County

The house was beautiful and very nicely furnished along with a kitchen a chef would feel at home in. The view of the Kentucky River was perfect with interesting wildlife all around. There were six of us and we all had nicely appointed bedrooms (5 of them) each with its own bathroom. We counted seating at the tables and island for at least 21, so the house can easily accommodate a group larger than ours. The house was spotless and Angela was a very good host. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for first class accommodations in the Lexington area.

The home was perfect for our family. It was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The loft was great for our two grandchildren. It was too cold to use the deck but it was very large and could easily accommodate all eight of us.

Amy is amazing and so is her home! Our guy stays here every time we are in town!

This is our 2nd trip to Joseph's and we love the additions since we were here last year!! This is one of our favorite places to stay in Kentucky and we would definitely stay here again. Love the fire pit area and the downstairs shower update!! Joseph is also excellent at communication!

All of the people we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel right at home and went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable. Several us have grand children and we talked of how much they would enjoy a setting like this. There are plenty of rooms for a large group to spend time together or apart if they choose to. This property was perfect for what we were looking for.

Our stay at Angela’s place was perfect for our group of 12. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook for our large group. We definitely enjoyed spending time outside at the pool. The view from the backyard was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful house, perfect for a Kentucky Getaway. Our group had a great time at Jacobs place, everything was exactly as pictured and more. The host even went beyond by providing complimentary Kentucky bourbon and firewood for the outdoor fire pit. No complaints at all. Overall a great stay!!

Anessa is an incredible superhost who truly knows how to exceed expectations! From the moment we arrived, her friendly demeanor and outstanding communication made us feel right at home. The house itself is absolutely stunning and so cozy—we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. My family and I had an amazing time, and we’re already buzzing with excitement about booking again in the future!

Good. Simple. Clean. Complimentary toothbrushes and soaps. Coffee and all the fixins. Great water pressure Great parking. For the price I’d give it 10/10!

What a wonderful place to stay! It's very close to everything. It's a great space for two people and easy to find. We loved the fireplace and will be back to stay again.

We had a bit of a hitch with checking in because we were early. The timer on the door lock would not let us in until check in time. Madison was able to unlock for us remotely. And Reva let us know about a spare key to get us in again if needed. They were so helpful. The space was absolutely beautiful! Exactly as pictured. Very spacious and welcoming. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful gesture. The rooms were bright and beautifully decorated. The bed in the rear room was so comfortable. I slept better than I have in ages! There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend Jack Brown’s on Limestone and Thirsty Fox at Zims Cafe on Main St. We will be back in Lexington and would love to stay here again.

Really cute apartment in a duplex/quad. Everything was as described and really easy. It would have been nice to have little items like salt and pepper, but we were able to cook and store our food successfully. Great time and hope to stay there again!

Charlie answered my questions before I booked and was very responsive throughout our stay! The house is so cute -- great structural bones, character, clean, spacious and we felt completely safe in the neighborhood. It was perfect for our quick getaway. For those looking to book, this is a very large house that has been divided up into smaller homes (or apartments). There is a lobby in the main entryway of the home, but all doors to this apartment lock and there is a private door to enter just for you. While we saw other cars in the parking lot, we never saw or heard another guest. It was very private and accommodating. Only request would have been a coffee pot! However, we found a cute place less than 10 minutes away called A Cup of Common Wealth and it was delicious:)

We loved our stay at Andrew’s! It was beautifully decorated and very clean! We also loved how spacious it was! We felt right at home, would stay here again!
